Spacious house / chalet in Gran Canaria, independent, cozy with a large garden with clean, high-quality artificial grass. Solar and photovoltaic energy, large outdoor spaces, 2 full bathrooms. Located in a very quiet urbanization, a feeling of great privacy. Outside there is a dining room-porch with a table for 6 people and a barbecue. In the backyard a second barbecue with a sink and ample space around it. On the ground floor is the spacious living room with large windows, dining room, very bright reading area, fireplace. A large kitchen, complete with utensils, with oven, quality ceramic hob and microwave, utility room with washing machine and dryer, a bathroom with shower. On the mezzanine is the piano and a complete set of music. On the upper floor there are 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms: one bedroom with a large double bed and views of the city and the sea, and the second bedroom with two single beds, garden views. A spacious office-desk and a very bright terrace with views of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and the sea. For use in autumn and winter in each bedroom and some areas there are ceramic heating plates fixed to the wall that provide a pleasant soft heat. If necessary on cold days, gas stove and oil heater available. Wifi connection 300MB (Optical fiber, high quality).

Wir waren mit allem zufrieden. Leider flogen ein paar Mal die Sicherungen raus. Unser Vermieter hat sich um das Problem immer gleich gekĆ¼mmertā€¦ aber es kam bis zur Abreise immer wieder dazu.
