Nice quiet neighborhood

Owner substituted a different property (in the same neighborhood) so this was not actually the unit we stayed in. She was very easy to reach by phone and text during our stay.

As advertised

I stayed 2 nights, booked this to be close to Kaiser Hospital for a few days. The room is in the back so off the street, not that is mattered, this is a very quiet neighborhood. Check-in was easy. The room had everything I needed and then some. The bed is very firm, which in my case was just fine. The portable ac unit is enough to cool the room completely, since it is a small space. Responses to communications were prompt and clear.
