Good food service limited. No room service for meals. Very disappointing for the amount we paid. It was an easy walk to Levi Stadium but because of limited food service and menu choices may not stay there again.

The staff was amazing. So kind and helpful! The restaurant located on the property had the best breakfast buffet and even at night we didn’t even make reservations anywhere else and just ate at the restaurant because it was so good! Then we came for a 49er’s game and the hotel has a fun tailgating party with fun food and cocktails and a Dj! Made the whole experience that much more fun!! And the pool and hot tub were so clean and warm! Would 10 out of 10 recommend!!

Check in was perfect.. Room needed a few new things.. but was quiet and comfortable when A/C was working properly and a perfect view of the stadium for a sports lover. The staff will bend over backwards for your stay to be the best if it's in their hands. Shower is a little narrow with product bottles right at elbow heights. Jordan took care of my issues as promised.. Thank you 😊 I just may stay again of it's not so dang HOT!!

My impression is that this is a hotel that can charge a top dollar, due to the location, for an ordinary room with minimum amenity. It is funny to see a bottle of water in the room with a message tag saying “… members - just to thanks from us! Enjoy two free bottles of water on every stay. All other guests $3,00.” I am not a member and paying $450 / night. Won’t’ be repeating to stay in this hotel.

Their are no restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner but their breakfast was $3 additional. It was veey good. Omlette bar was excellent. Fixins too. We had an outage for several hours . They had police in front . We felt safe. It was crowded after the game but they have protocol in place to make sure only guests access the hotel. We will be returning. Use the train to explore the area.
