We were surprised at the lower quality of the hotel given it's a Hilton. The mattress was a lesser quality than we expected. For the amount we paid you'd think maybe our first 2 bottles of water in the room would be free. There was one bartender in the Lounge that was there after the game that needs to train the other bartenders on how to do their jobs and how to interact with customers. Zero eye contact, too much conversation amongst themselves, and time to get even a glass of water was unbelievable. The bar wasn't even crowded. Overall we were not impressed with this particular "Hilton".

The toilet and tub backed up. I called the front desk for maintenance spoke with Brandon. They never came. A few hours later the water went down. It was nasty. I had to keep calling from cell phone because I couldn’t get a dial tone on the hotel phone . I paid too much money for the inconveniences. I was not happy. I didn’t get an apology or refund

The hotel was very convenient if you are going to a 49ers game. The tailgate party that was planned was amazing! The staff was so nice and helpful. the only thing that I was upset about was the hot tub wasn't filled when we were there. Overall I give the Hilton a 10 out of 10!

We come here every year for the Niner game. This year we brought our entire family and love staying at this hotel. It’s a prime location for all the tailgate festivities, the Hilton even has their own tailgate party, so fun! 10/10 recommend!
