The Casa was a beautiful old Spanish Style Home. The only issue was they did not use the generator when the electricity webt ar night. They only started it for 1 hour when they had said they will use all the time when there is no electricity

Das Hostel bietet einen schönen Innenhof wo auch das leckere Frühstück serviert wird. Wir waren am 31. Dezember da, alle Restaurants geschlossen am Abend, und die Besitzerin hat für alle Gäste ein wunderbares Nachtessen zubereitet, obwohl sonst am Abend keine Mahlzeiten serviert werden. Sehr freundliches englisch sprechendes Personal. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Super gestaltete Casa mit bepflanztem Innenhof, der auch einen Springbrunnen zu bieten hat. Sehr sauber. Service war Klasse und die Zimmer sind im Kolonialstil eingerichtet. Klimaanlage, Safe, Minibar und 220-Volt-Steckdosen sind vorhanden.

A short walk from the main square
The Hostal is on one of the main roads that leads to the square and in walking distance of all main locations. The room is large and airy and the breakfast excellent. The host was great and was very helpful with everything.

Great location just off the main square and great breakfast. Warm welcome and very helpful host. Large room with lots of storage space. Just be aware the bed had a very soft mattress which may not suit everyone.

An amazing casa very close to the main square of Santa Clara. We had a large room with a huge en- suite shower room. There is a beautiful garden within the casa where we enjoyed our wonderful breakfasts. Brilliant hosts who arranged for a taxi to pick us up from & drop us off at the bus station. Our host was particularly helpful when I had a sore knee, helping me out with ice and anti-inflammatories. A wonderful place to stay in Santa Clara. We loved our stay here and highly recommend.

Hostal D'Cordero was our favourite accommodation from our Cuba vacation. We stayed 2 nights and felt so welcomed by the host. He was easy to find during our stay to ask questions, and ordered us a taxi to the bus station when we left. The host and staff monitor the outside door, so it feels very secure. The inner courtyard is certainly a highlight of the place. Full of tropical plants. We were served a great breakfast of fresh fruit, coffee, smoothie, eggs, and toast. Would highly recommend!

This was an excellent experience for me. My favorite place on our Cuba adventure. The inner courtyard was pleasant and peaceful. The upper terrace was a nice place to feel comfortable and quiet for reading or thinking about your adventures. The table setting made me feel like I was in a French cafe. Highly recommended!

A lovely bit of Santa Clara
Hostel D'Cordero is a lovely place, filled with beautiful antiques, all lovingly maintained. It all feel so spacious, with high ceilings and beautiful crown molding, and it is all so comfortable. The owner speaks excellent English, which make it all so much easier for us with our limited Spanish. They also helped us by arranging airport and other transfers at a reasonable price. The hostel is only 2 block from the town center, so that is much to see and do nearby.

We had to book a stay in Santa Clara at short notice and were delighted, and very lucky to get this spot. The accommodation is very high quality, the location is perfect to explore the town, and the owner did all he could to assist us in every way possible. The breakfast was superb! Cannot recommend this place highly enough

a really unique and interesting property to stay in. The courtyard was really nice to relax in, particularly in the evenings. All round great Casa, would definitely return.
