Loud stomping above me most of the time, tv was not working, not willing to fix it, and no parking space available even though it was promised. Too expensive for the poor room accommodations. I am not happy and WILL NOT be back.

Great location in walking distance to downtown, Wharf and Boardwalk. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Old but so don’t expect perfection, but price is great off/on season.

I was very dissapointed in this place. It was so overpriced for what you got!! Corporate Greed and you should be ashamed. The rooms are tiny, old, NO amenities at all. No breakfast, teeny tiny bathroom. I had young kids with me and asked if our room was ready and could we check in earlier since we had been driving 3 hours to get there and wanted to feed the kids. Yes, they had a room but it would cost more to check in early. SHAMEFUL!!!!!!! Will never stay here again and will broadcast how awful it was. I will say that the staff were very nice though. Times are tough for everyone, stop gouging families

Could be cleaner. Knobs and counters felt sticky. Bed had stains on the bottom sheet that covers the box spring. It’s an affordable motel in Santa Cruz with limited parking. Front staff (Jessica) was super nice! And we appreciated the walkability to the wharf. Even for a budget-conscious traveler. overall just ‘ok’. I feel cleanliness is really a minimum expectation.
