This was a lovely property. The Binnigueda IS NOT situated on the beach. You do have to take a shuttle or walk 8 minutes to the adjacent Niru beach club for beach access. Not a problem at all, just be aware. The service was fantastic and Abraham, Daniel and Thomas were excellent at making sure all our needs were met! The food was lovely and it was really nice to see the difference in the local cuisine included in the daily buffet. My taste buds say the food in the Oaxaca region is definitely spicier than Mazatlan, Cabo, PV, Cancun or Akumal. Just my opinion. We will be back as this has become a favourite destination for us!

Cleaning staff left the front door open one day n balcony doors open the next. Wifi was awful. Shower splashed water outside of bathroom n run to hallway everytime we’d shower. Very slippery. One pool. Only bar open at a time. Not many drink options.

Great property to stay, however adults only means that only the rooms are adults not the property ;) . Buffet was plenty of food but not the best. Show was awesome. I'd stay again.

Toilet in the bathroom was leaking from the bottom. The shower was leaking from the top. The mirror was never finished when replaced there’s holes around the mirror and the wall they charge me for towels terrible terrible they couldn’t even explain the charges to me. Terrible food I will not come back or recommend anybody to come back.

There was really only 1 restaurant available to serve mealss for breakfast and dinner. So our stay became very redundant. The entertainment talent was a delight. Those dancers are truly talented performers. The 1 restaurant that was hyped up to be exclusive and required reservations on the day of was nothing to rave about. It was mediocre food. We had to move rooms due to a leak that I discovered while blowdrying my hair that could've been a serioius accident. The new room was by the noisy street and the bathroom had torn up shower curtains. The whole hotel has cracks in the walls. Not much to do on the property and the private beach is so tiny. The driver that dropped us off on the first day which we asked about the beach club Niru explained that we should just walk out to the beach and that the whole beach area was ours to enjoy. Once we sat down we quickly learned that it was not true and could've been duped to order food and drink that was not included so we were removed from the area. My husband and I have been to Cancun and Puerto Vallarta at various all inclusives and have enjoyed various resorts but this was by far the worst experience.
