Great location. Great room size (plenty of space in the smallest room you could get). The staff were very helpful and helped set up transportation for leaving the hotel.

Room facing the plaza in front of the hotel means being woken up at 2 am by the cleaning crews who empty the MASSIVE 12 public trash bins. So NO fun. Sound proofing needed of the doors plus carpeting of the hallways bc of lots of traffic of people walking by.

Great location in Sevilla. The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. My partner got sick during our stay and the cleaning staff were so helpful and kind! Kudos to them! Make sure to have their excellent breakfast to start your day. Excellent property!

Nice hotel on the edge of the old town about 5 minutes walk to the cathedral.There are plenty of places to eat in the vicinity and it’s flat probably uncomfortable if you have a motorised wheelchair chair through the narrow streets.There is lift but you walk up about 15 steps to reach the hotel front desk,staff ,breakfast and room were very good we would use again.

Weekend stay in this beautiful hotel. Great location… 5 mins walk from Alcázar and cathedral. We were in room 308. Fabulous big room overlooking a small square. Excellent products in bathroom. Great selection of food at breakfast. Loved their custom made omelettes! Rooftop bar is an added bonus!

We loved our free room upgrade to the new wing of this charming yet modern hotel that’s situated in the best part of Sevilla — close to all major sightseeing spots and amazing courtyards with a variety of tapas bars and restaurants to chose from. We felt very safe and comfortable and the hotel staff were very helpful in recommending the best spots.

We loved Hotel Rey Alfonso X. It was in a perfect location to walk to all the sights but also in a spot that we could catch up on our sleep. We loved everything about it.

I am not that satisfied with this hotel. The room’s soundproofing was terrible—I could hear every sound from upstairs, including people using the bathroom, which was highly unpleasant. To make matters worse, the bed sheets were not clean; there were some yellow spots even it is not easy to identify. Plus, the hotel stuff not even say goodbye when I check out in person
