I have stayed at various properties in Santa Cruz, but I always come back to the Hyatt. The quality, value, and location are outstanding. The staff are helpful and friendly. I appreciate having the breakfast buffet included in the price. The valets take good care of my car and are eager to help with luggage. I couldn’t ask for more.

This place is so much nicer inside than dream inn
Loved staying here. Props to the valet gusy ->Very friendly and informative about the area!! Rooms r super clean and felt new. Front desk was super accommodating. Pool and spa was a fav for my daughter and her friends!! Highly recommend this place!!
