Nice hotel in a terrible location
I arrived late at night and they received me nicely and very welcoming. The room was nice, bright and very clean. Unfortunately, the breakfast was very disappointing. I just had some fruit, since the eggs were like from a week ago and their juices clearly from a box or bottled. The bellboy was super nice as well as the reception staff. This place has potential but the location ruins it all together with the breakfast. There is a sauna outside by the pool and next to the gym which was lovely and its possible to see the bottom of the pool. I am sure its nice during daytime but if you arrive tired after a busy day of meetings you just need to swim and rest at the jacuzzi but it's cold. So you are forced to use the sauna. I wouldn't return to this hotel, since in downtown Santa Cruz I've seen better at the same price.
