Rooms have two doors (one to the parking lot and other to the hallway) which we found odd and a safety concern. The property is outdated and in mediocre condition; the pictures did not match the actual room. We expressed concerned to the owner and he agreed to give us a refund; owner asked for the key stating that he would verify room. We handed over the key but then suddenly the owner flipped on us and stated that he would not give us a refund; owner refused to give us the key back. Owner was hostile with us and even after Expedia negotiated for us to get a different room our kids were scared out of their minds and nobody wanted to stay here. Be warned that this property is not family friendly; no pool, building is in deplorable condition, no extra amenities and horrible customer service and an unethical owner. Stay at your own risk; pay a few bucks extra and have peace of mind.

The property itself was nice and clean the issue I had was, both night there where other guess making a lot of noise yelling and playing loud music and no one from staff did anything about it.

The hotel is clean and walkable to the boardwalk. The manager was nice and let me park there early so I didn’t have to pay to park at the boardwalk. Close to lots of things and will stay there again!

They have outside lights that shine into the rooms all night long. There are plantation shutters on the sliding doors that do not block the light. The first room we were given had dirty water spots in the sink and when I wiped up a small water spill with a towel, it was filthy. They moved us to another room but it wasn’t much better.

Looks recently remodeled, but strangely, my room had no lighting, aside form very bright ceiling LEDs. No lamps, no alarm clock- which is the first time I've ever experienced that. Didn't seem as walkable as places I've stayed on west side, but due to the rain, I didn't feel like exploring too far. Bed was comfortable, but pillows were oddly smaller than I'd expect. Bathroom was nicely remodeled, but if you turn on the light, the loud fan turns on- no way to avoid that in the middle of the night unless you leave the lights off. Smoking is allowed on the grounds and on balconies, which I find irritating- and I would avoid it for that reason alone.

Very reasonable
Overall good value for a place to sleep. The price was very reasonable and the bed was very comfortable. The motel is older but has had some updating.
