This hotel is great! One of the best I've stayed in. The staff is so friendly and nice. The rooms and grounds are clean and beautiful. I will stay here every time I'm in this area. Be sure to tour the coffee plantation that is owned by the hotel.

All our Rooms smelled musty or moldy odor to them. Complained to staff who put in a humidifier but didn't help. Restaurant food was not good Better off eating outside of the hotel

Reception seemed confused about our reservation and asked for a picture of my reservation. But once I was checked in it was a lovely experience. The property is beautiful. The park is relaxing. The rom was clean. There are normally multiple dining options, but there were just two restaurants open. The one we ate at was excellent. The food was good and the staff was the best! Very attentive and accommodating. An excellent stay.

No cumple los requisitos para calificarlo como un resort no tiene servicio d telefono en las habitaciones la piscina la cierran a las 6 d la tarde no tiene plancha, cafetera, secadora d pelo no hay suficientes toallas en la piscina no hay servicio d toallas el gym esta muy mal hay maquinas q no tienen sus botones oxidado pedi q nos arreglaran un baño no habia agua caliente en la ducha muy mal d verdad

Beautiful grounds and the staff is very friendly. Room was clean and serviceable. Shower needed grouting, and pool needed cleaning, but overall we would stay again. This is Guatemala!!

The property itself is fairly nice. There are walking paths around the complex. There is an area with peacocks and a few cages with different birds in them. There is a pond along the walking path that was completely filled with algae. The staff was terrific. The room was ok. It was clean but smelled like mildew. I was glad I had a spray with me to help kill the odor. The food at Limoncello was very good and their buffet breakfast was great.

The hotel and room was overall good and nice and surely we recommend it but when we tried to call frontdesk they never answered and also for room service we couldn't reach by phone neither.

The staff, especially at the restaurant, is exceptional. They are pleasant and so eager to please. We did lose the water to our room just when we needed to shower in the morning, but they moved very quickly to resolve the issue and we were only inconvenienced for fifteen minutes or so.
