We were told upon arrival of “big problem with mosquitos” which prevented use of the patio and still bitten constantly. Location was completely residential with local shops/cafes2-3 kilometres away. We had a car but so ok but too far to stroll for a coffee. Not good value for money. Compact apartment ok but dated and no microwave washing machine or dishwasher. Unable to use patio but loungers occupied anyway with owners cats. Marianne was very nice and helpful but overall we were very disappointed

Stunning little oasis close to sea and the old town
We could not have been happier with our accommodation on this trip to Ibiza. When we arrived, Marianne was incredibly friendly and showed us around making us feel very welcome and at home! We felt so looked after and the garden is so beautiful - the perfect place for recuperating after a big night out! We would 100% come back and stay here again. The only thing to remember is to bring mosquito repellent because they are very attracted to the gorgeous pond in the garden..so beware! Thank you so much to Marianne - we hope to see you very soon! Wonderful base to stay and explore
We spent a fabulous week at the studio, which is just as the pictures show and is a lovely private space. We used as a base to explore the island, perfect location for that. Fantastic communication with Marianne and Willi prior to arrival and then during our stay. Would most definitely stay again and recommend.

I highly recommend staying here.
I received a very warm welcome from the owners who were very friendly and helpful during my stay. The apartment itself is perfect, and is bigger than it appears in the photos. It is very comfortable and clean and has a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has its own private entrance and its own large terrace with sunloungers and dining table. You also have use of the pool of the main house which is wonderful . The location is nice and quiet which is lovely for summertime in Ibiza. I would come again for sure.

Wunderschönster Ort auf der Insel
Unser Aufenthalt bei Marianne war super. Die Unterkunft und das gesamte Haus mit Pool unglaublich schön und sauber, die Lage perfekt um die Insel zu erkunden und Marianne wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen!!

Relaxed holiday stay at Talamanca
+ lovely hosts Marianne & Willy! + bungalow was equiped with everything you need for a nice holi (even beach towels and sunshade, fan and airco, refrigerator, coffee, tea,..) + quiet place + parking space - bed/matras a bit too hard for us - a lot of mosquitos, probablly because the bungalow is situated next to a small pond (sitting outside was almost impossible) We loved all the cats around (especially 'Mausy' <3) but if you're allergic or don't like animals, maybe this isn't the right place for you ;)

Schönes Appartment zentral gelegen
Wir durften zwei wunderbare Wochen bei Marianne und Willi verbringen. Die beiden sind äußerst herzlich und sympathisch, sodass wir uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt haben. Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war bestens ausgestattet – ideal auch, wenn man zwischendurch selbst kochen möchte. Besonders angenehm fanden wir die festen Matratzen, auf denen wir wunderbar geschlafen haben. Ein weiteres Highlight war die großzügige private Terrasse, die zum Verweilen und Entspannen einlädt. Unser Aufenthalt hat uns rundum gut gefallen, und wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder. :)"

Tolle Unterkunft mit wundervollen Gastgebern
Das Studio verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang sowie eine private sehr große Terrasse. Der Pool ist ebenfalls klasse und kann jederzeit benutzt werden. Das Studio hat alles was man benötigt. Die beiden Gastgeber, Marianne und Willi sind einfach super. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an willkommen gefühlt und sie standen uns für jegliche Anliegen zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist genial auf einer Anhöhe mit Blick auf das Meer. Alles ist schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir nächstes Jahr erneut kommen werden.

Mediterranes Gartenidyll
Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen und waren bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Genossen haben wir die große Terrasse, verbunden mit zauberhaften Pflanzen und einem Koiteich. Das Apartment selbst war großzügig mit einem geräumigen Bad. Alles in allem ein positiver Aufenthalt.

Diese 7 Tage waren genau so wie ich mir es erträumt habe. Unbedingt ein Auto, Stechmücken Spray sonst alles da gewesen. Cafemaschine ist da ! für uns das Wichtigste Essen gehst du ja sowieso jeden Tag. Auto kannst du in Botafoch Hafen abstellen und mit dem Cityboot-taxi in die Altstadt shippern. Total praktisch. Pool ist da ! alles super. Kommen sicher wieder

Zusammen mit meinen zwei Kindern hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft. Wir wurden sehr lieb empfangen und bekamen auch jederzeit Hilfe, wenn wir Fragen oder Bitten hatten. Wir haben den Garten und den Pool sehr genossen. Meine Mädchen haben sich über Internet und deutsches Fernsehen gefreut. Diese Unterkunft ist völlig empfehlenswert und ich habe schon bei der Abreise überlegt, unbedingt wieder zu kommen!!! Eine Pflanzenkunde über die heimische Flora habe mit auf dem Weg bekommen!!! 🙂

3 Wochen im Paradies bei tollen Gastgebern
Ich hatte 3 wundervolle Wochen bei Willi & Marianne verbracht und mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Ein wirklich tolles Appartement in schicker Lage - der Garten & der Pool sind wirklich ein Traum und laden zum Erholen ein. Die Kommunikation mit den beiden lief reibungslos und es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Gerne wieder ☺️

Wij hebben een superfijn verblijf gehad bij marianne en willi superlieve mensen en bereid mee te denken. Ons eigen prive plekje.en mooie beplanting volledige privacy en vlakbij ibiza stad en de mooie jachthaven Ik sluit mij aan bij eerdere reviews behalve die met 1 ster .ik heb nergens katteharen aangetroffen of overlast. Deze meneer zat ook op het privegebied boven van de eigenaren en ook de plek waar de katten verblijven. Wifi kan wel iets verbeterd worden. Ik.kom graag terug Tip. Huur alvast een auto in nederland

Coin très agréable
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Marianne ! Le studio est pratique et l’accès à la piscine est un vrai atout. L’appartement possède une terrasse et un accès indépendant, sans vis à vis. Il se trouve à 15min en voiture de Eivissa. L’emplacement est calme et il est possible de stationner sans difficulté dans la ruelle, devant la maison. Les hôtes sont très discrets et restent à votre disponibilité ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !! PS : à noter la présence de chats, qui ne nous ont pas dérangé, et de moustiques qui l’ont été davantage malheureusement..
