Villa Can Turrent is a homely space in a very quiet area only a few minutes from dreamy beaches like Aguas Blancas, Es Figueral and Cala Leña. It is located a 15 minute walk from the famous hippy market Las Dalias.
The villa is surrounded by beautiful gardens, a barbecue zone and lots of outside space with fruit trees and an open field. The villa, with 115 m², is distributed over a ground floor and a lower floor. On the ground floor you have a furnished living room, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The living-room and bedroom are air-conditioned. On the lower floor there is another double bedroom and a lounge with a quaint library. There is plenty of parking space and other extras services including free high-speed Wi-Fi.
The area is very quiet in the heart of the Morna valley. It is easily accessed from the main road close to the town of Sant Carlos is less than five minutes by car. The town of Santa Eulalia ten minutes away by car.

Merveilleuse petite villa bien située
Nous avons logé dans la villa pendant une semaine. La villa est très bien située dans Le magnifique campo, proche de deux routes le Nord et le sud, Une belle alternative en saison lorsqu’il y a des embouteillages. La maison est très très bien équipée et meublée traditionnel Ibiza (Du vrai traditionnel pas du bohème chic).. Nous avons adoré.
L’agence est très réactive. Nous avons eu un souci d’approvisionnement d’eau (Assez fréquent à Ibiza ) qui a été réglé en deux heures même pas. Encore un tout grand merci.
En ce qui concerne l’équipement, Peut-être quelques tasses et un mug seraient utiles Mais ce n’est qu’un détail. La cuisine est super bien équipée (avec en plus tous les condiments nécessaire nécessaires pour cuisiner)
Le seul petit point négatif sont les matelas problème qui pourraient être réglé en mettant simplement un surmatelas à mémoire de forme.
Bref nous avons adoré et nous reviendrons certainement l’année prochaine pour les courts séjours.
Mon seul regret est que la villa n’accepte pas les animaux de compagnie (Ce que je peux comprendre bien sûr ) et que pour les longues périodes que je passe sur l’île avec mon mari, mes chiens m’accompagnent toujours.
Encore merci à l’agence pour la réactivité et la gentillesse qui sont exceptionnelles.

Interieur huis echt gedateerd (>30jaar oud); agentschap top
Het huis ziet er op de foto leuk uit. Het ligt wel aan de relatief drukke weg van San Carlos naar San Lorenzo, maar in een mooie omgeving en met een afgesloten tuin. Jammer dat de toegang tot het hek heel erg kort is, waardoor je half op de weg staat. Gelukkig hadden wij een heel klein autootje.
De ontvangst van het agenstachap was prima. Vriendelijk.
Het interieur van het huis is echt zó gedateerd dat je denkt dat de tijd heeft stilgestaan. Zelf VHS videobanden en recorder én cassettebandjes zijn aanwezig (...).
Een “Make-over” zou echt niet misstaan. Het keukengerei mag direct de prullenbak in en voor een kleine investering bij IKEA vervangen worden. De kussentjes op de stoelen in de keuken zijn redelijk vies en vet; de tafel heel erg laag. Er waren diverse kleine dingetjes kapot.
De “kunst” aan de muren kon echt niet. Dit heeft niets te makende Spaanse en of Ibicenco sferen.
Het huisje is binnen daardoor zo sfeerloos, dat je er bijna “depri” van wordt.
Hetzelfde geldt voor de badkamer (vervelend om te douchen in een bad met een veel te hoge en gevaarlijke instap).
Verder konden er diverse ramen niet gesloten worden, waardoor met de harde wind het geklapper van de ramen niet echt fijn was (...).
Het huis heeft een zwembad, werd netjes verteld, en een buiten BBQ. Maar laten we eerlijk wezen, het mag die naam niet hebben. Een vies opzet zwembad voor kindjes. En op de buiten BBQ wil ik mijn vlees en groenten niet klaar maken zo gedateerd en vies. De tuin wordt gewoon niet goed onderhouden.
Kortom, een gedateerd huis waarin niets geïnvesteerd wordt waardoor het veel afbreuk doet aan de potentie van dit op zich aardige huis. Ik zou het overigens wel willen kopen om zelf in te wonen .... Maar dan uiteraard opknappen en sfeer er in brengen.
We hadden de dagen hiervoor ook een huisje op Ibiza van slechts 50m2, maar dat was echt top. Dat werd tenminste met liefde onderhouden.

Heerlijk plekje
Erg knus huisje. Veel buitenruimte, geen buren. Airco aanwezig. Heerlijke tijd gehad. Alles perfect kunnen regelen met Manon. Locatie stond verkeerd in de advertentie maar dat werd perfect opgelost. Ga er zeker nog een keer heen.
