Charming 2 Bedroom Casita, Perfect Location for Skiing, Opera and Near Plaza

The private Adobe Casita is located on a city highpoint and surrounded by pinion and aspen trees. This is a stand-alone dwelling next to a private home in a residential area. You will only see us if you want to. Portal (front porch) has sunset, mountain and city views. Located perfectly for all Santa Fe activities, the casita is 9 minutes drive to the Plaza, 5 minutes to grocery and general shopping. Two bedrooms each with en-suite baths including private toilets and large tiled walk-in showers. One bedroom has a four-poster queen bed and the second has the option of two twins or one king bed. The casita has radiant (floor) heat and new mini-split air conditioning. Main room has a complete kitchen and eating area, sitting area and kiva fireplace. The casita is tastefully decorated in New Mexico style. There is a fenced yard and access to public walking (La Tierra) trails.

Full-sized washer and dryer are included. The kitchen has a 4-burner stove with oven and broiler, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso and standard coffee makers, standard kitchen appliances including toaster, blender, dishes, flatware and cooking utensils. Two televisions with cable, fast free WIFI internet service and a sound system are provided. High-end linens and fluffy bathrobes are provided. There are two off-street parking places. Property includes a small fenced yard, perfect for pets, with picnic table and gas grill, flowers and strawberries (sometimes). All amenities including firewood are provided.

Please note that we do allow pets. We clean as well as possible between guests but we cannot guarantee that persons with pet allergies will not be affected.

Lovely Spot in Sante Fe
This house is so adorable. Two bedrooms and bathrooms and a combined living and kitchen. Great location. We traveled with our two dogs and there is a fenced in yard. Excellent spot!

Cool property

Charming property just outside of Santa Fe with easy trail access
Our family had a wonderful time staying at Yvonne and Bill's guest home. Matter of fact, we rated it as one of the best family vacations we've had!! Bill met us upon arrival and gave us a brief overview of the property which was helpful. They thought of everything to make our stay extra special for the Christmas Holiday. They even had a sweet Christmas tree set up which made Santa's job much easier. We highly recommend this property! Close to numerous trails with gorgeous views of the mountains, and wonderful hosts! We'll be back!

Cute Homey Casita
We had a wonderful time staying at this adorable Casita. So cozy and perfect to be near Santa Fe but also feel remote. We did a puzzle, read, and went to see the Santa Fe tree lighting (10 minutes away in the Plaza).The hosts were nice as well. Definitely would stay here again. Would note- the kitchen matches and "small and cozy" design and, while we made meals, it isn't meant for extensive cooking.

This is the cutest little Casita. Comfy & cozy. Perfect size for a weekend away for our family of 4 plus dog. The best hosts too! We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Santa Fe.

Beyond Expectations
We selected this property to have the experience of staying in an authentic Casita while we were in Santa Fe. While of newer construction, the attention to detail in the construction, furnishings and decor were nothing short of spectacular. Idyllic and ideal
Stayed here with my spouse and our exchange student for 3 nights over the first weekend of balloon fiesta - and could not have asked for better! The casita was beautiful and with sufficient privacy to be comfortable. Not too big, not too small. It was located perfectly to allow us to explore Santa Fe, Taos, and have easy access for a very early morning run down to the first day of the Balloon Fiesta. Owner Bill and his family were very welcoming and accommodating during our stay, coming out to great us shortly after we arrived and offering suggestions for activities and places to eat - all of which were accurate. In an era when many home rentals like this are managed by faceless property managers with onerous rules and requirements, our stay here was a breath of fresh air. My spouse and I enjoyed our time immensely, and we were so happy to share so much of New Mexico with our exchange student, who will carry memories of our time there for the rest of his life. This casita provided the perfect setting for this adventure and I would recommend it to anyone.

Enjoyed our stay!
Our family of four plus dog spent three nights in this beautiful casita. It’s in a peaceful location with views and feels very safe. The casita has wonderful Santa Fe architectural features and is very nicely appointed. Each bedroom has a full bath. There is also full size laundry, although we didn’t use those. The friendly host, Bill, welcomed us and the two bottles of wine and coffee provided were gracious touches. We would definitely stay here again.Thank you.

Gorgeous getaway
Beautiful casita high over Santa Fe. Only a few minutes drive to downtown but you feel completely remote. The casita was the perfect size for two couples -- both bedrooms and baths were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The main room is living area and kitchen combined and might be a bit cramped if you plan to stay in. But who wants to stay in when there is so much to do and see in Santa Fe? Small touches made a big difference: hosts left us two bottles of wine (thank you!), great water pressure in the showers, beautiful landscaping and flowers all around. And hosts Yvonne and Bill and their two adorable golden retrievers gave us a very warm welcome. We cannot wait to go back!

My friend and I spent a week in this casita and loved everything about it. It's a beautiful place, perfectly appointed, with all the things we needed for our stay. It's convenient to downtown Santa Fe and to places up north. My friend had never been to New Mexico before and great thanks to the hosts for having a perfect place for her introduction to the area. We didn't want to leave. PS: When the hosts suggest dinner at Tesuque Village Market, you need to follow that suggestion.

The casita was beautiful and very peaceful with easy access to Santa Fe.
