Overall, ok for price. Seems they took over an older building and fixed up some things but not all. Heavy blackout curtain was worn and had holes in it. Breakfast was basic, eggs and bacon and sausage, same both days. Bacon was not drained. One staff person for large breakfast group is not enough, needs two. Hotel was quiet. Great Mexican cafe a couple doors away.

Don’t stay here.
The management of the hotel was totally unacceptable. We had a death in the family and tried to cancel our reservations. Management would not even talk to us. Their reception staff consistently told us she was not available. This was after several days of trying to speak to her. We were told by staff that the only thing we could do was change the dates of the reservation which is what we ultimately ended up doing. To make matters worse, our credit card information was stolen by personnel at the hotel. This was the last place we used the credit card and after this the card was compromised. Management and the personnel at this hotel cannot be trusted in any form. It was a bad experience all the way around. We have never given a bad review, but this hotel merited this review.

It was hard for my wife to sleep because my she kept smelling bleach smell from the sheet that activates her allergies. She was also itching and scratching around her ankles, even a hot bath didn't help.

Hotel was nice. A little dated but still nice. Location was close to the mall which was convenient for us. Toilet ran all night but when the door was closed, we couldn’t hear. Overall, a great place to lay your head.

Usual have great luck with Comfort Inn. Have never had a bad stay until now. The free Internet in our room had no signal. Could connect fine in the hallway but had no signal in our room. When I complained at the desk she said some areas of the hotel had this issue but there was nothing she could do…….. I was able to get a great connection in the lobby….ugh.
