Rooms were very DIRTY! Beddings were definitely NOT changed. There was hair on the pillow tops and under the covers. Couch’s in the room were stained and dirty. Never again!

I spent one night there. The room was okay, clean and spacious. Wi-Fi works good. In the morning good continental breakfast. Location two miles from downtown Santa Fe. Recommend.

Towels were threadbare. Food service area, ceiling tiles missing, drapes falling. Only starch for breakfast, no fruit, milk, or protein. Bed was creaky and lumpy. Shower/bathtub was peeling. Not worth $160!!

We drove to and around the property and decided not to check in at all. Many unhoused loiterers in the area making it feel unsafe. The building itself was unkempt and uninviting.

I enjoyed my stay here.The room was very clean and was fully equipped including adequate heat and air. This old hotel is undergoing needed renovations but the noise was minimal. When they are completed it will be even better. My suite like room had new carpet and bathroom counters as well as a relatively new bed but an old tub! There’s a beautiful pool at this hotel with lots of room for lounging.
