Arriving at the Hyatt was a bit of a challenge. The hotel is located behind a Speedway gas station and Discount tire store not on the main road. The staff was wonderful, checking in was a breeze. I was surprised they charged $4 a night for parking. Our room was clean, however our vanity for our sink had been broken into three pieces and glued back together which is a first I have ever seen in a hotel. There are NO outlets by the bed to plug personal devices into. The room did have a mini fridge which had the mini freezer that was completely frozen over in ice. There are no microwaves in the room. The bathroom has an odd layout. The vanity and sink are in the open living area and then there is a water closet with a toilet and shower in it. The toilet and shower area are extremely small. There is only 2 inches of space between the toilet and door. The whole toilet/shower room is very claustrophobic. The hotel was quiet, the mattress was a little soft for my taste. There is a single cup coffee maker and glass mugs in the room. Breakfast was the typical free breakfast at most hotels with a variety of fruits, eggs and oatmeal. I probably will never stay at this particular hotel again. The hotel staff was great but the room while decorated okay lacked basic things that travelers need.

no hot water; i requested handicap accessible room- they gave me room 201 which was the farthest possible walk from the elevator on my new total knee replacement. handicap bar in bathroom pulled out of the wall.

Why couldn't I get my Hyatt points? Hotel said I was unable to get points because it was booked thru Expedia. They should be noted that on the Expedia and Hyatt websites. Very unfair!

Hotel itself was nice and clean. I booked a Double queen room and I got a king room. The front desk clerks would not give me the room I booked or offer me any kind of accommodations. Never have I had a hotel switch my reserved room because they are "sold out". I made this reservation over a month in advance. Would not be upset if they would of at least offered to accommodate in some way.

Most things were great for our stay except the A/C. We turned it down, but our room never seemed to cool down much. The temperature felt about 74 degrees even when we turned down the thermostat. The fan ran constantly, but cool are was not really coming out.
