THE RESIDENCE - Completed and tested with input of happy guests and rave reviews, we furnished and equipped our residence using a luxury hotel's brand standards. Come stay in this street side townhouse in the El Corazon de Santa Fe complex. Experience furniture curated to luxury hotel design standards, plaster walls, sumptuous linens and owners that attend to the details.

The townhouse boasts natural slate floors throughout with new Venetian plaster walls in subtle grays, warmed with 2700k LED lighting and in floor hot water radiant heat to keep the chill away in the winter. In the summer you'll have the choice of cooling down from the day's activities in refrigerated air conditioning or simply opening the abundant patio doors and windows to bask the fresh air of cool Santa Fe evenings.

The Ensuites - there are 2 King beds with ensuites upstairs and a queen downstairs with adjoining bathroom.

The Master - boasts 450 sq ft of 2nd floor private indulgence and additional personal street side pergola with bistro seating for 4 to enjoy cool Santa Fe evenings with your companions while consuming a favorite beverage and snacks. The King size bed mattress, a Serta Perfect Sleeper Euro Pillowtop, is clothed in luxurious tone on tone striped linens, down alternative comforter and pillows in your choice of feather or alternative, or both. Please note the sleeping surface in the Master is over 32" high. You will enjoy the gas log Kiva fireplace to heat up those cool nights or a little romance. Also present in the master is a sitting area with comfy highback chair for relaxing with your favorite book, kindle, ebook or tablet. USB power is adjoining. Numerous drawers are available for stowing your things and a 40" Samsung Smart TV is present and ready if you just have to keep up with the outside world.

The Master's ensuite Bath includes double sink vanity, full width mirror, whirlpool tub lit by overhead chandelier, separate shower with bench for lounging and a private water closet. Adjoining the Master Bath is a large master closet (9 ft x 8 ft) suitable for storing enough of your stuff for wintering in Santa Fe or taking up month's long stays during one of our fabulous seasons.

The 2nd ensuite on the 2nd floor also boasts a King bed. It's sleeping surface is lower than the master's. A 32" Samsung Smart TV is present but mounted out of the way in the corner of the room easily viewed from the bed. A chest of drawers in dark cherry wood sits in front of a large window providing abundant natural light and overlooking one of El Corazon de Santa Fe's interior courtyards.

The third ensuite is located on the lower level providing a queen bed. The bedroom is adjacent to the living area, separated by double pocket doors. The adjoining bathroom provides a shower, it has a separate entrance from the living area allowing service for the downstairs without invading the privacy of the bedroom. This bedroom does not have an in wall closet, rather it is furnished with a large wardrobe with abundant space for hanging and 2 large drawers for folded items. A large bachelor chest in this room provides additional storage and doubles as a night stand for keeping books and electronics in close reach.

A gem near the main square
Our family (6 adults) stayed at the townhouse over the Thanksgiving holidays. The townhouse is extremely convenient. Once we parked our cars we were able to walk everywhere. We never got back in our cars until we departed. The townhome was spotless, very well appointed, had many unexpected extras (snacks, coffee, bottled water, champagne, great bathroom products). The kitchen was awesome. Fixing our Thanksgiving feast was quite easy ~ lacked for nothing ~ saying alot for a big holiday meal. The townhouse was in a quiet area and felt very safe. All instructions for arrival and departure were easy to follow. The host, Kerry, was amazing - responsive, answered all questions, and was immediately available. We would definitely stay here again. My only regret for giving such a glowing recommendation is that it may be harder to book this unit in the future. Enjoy if you decide to stay here. We certainly did.

Amazing Stay!
We have stayed in this compound before so we’re familiar with the layout of parking and easy walking distance to the plaza. What we were so pleasantly impressed and surprised by were all of the small touches and attention to detail! This home has it all and then some. The entire home is beautifully appointed and we even had someone walk by and comment on how lovely and welcoming the back area was as we were sitting by the fire. The heated floors were great as it snowed on our departure day. A true gem!

Wonderful property and location!
The beautiful rooms and living spaces we awesome. It was fully stocked with amenities like tissues, coffee, snacks, and detergent. Super comfy beds and linens. Outdoor area was very enjoyable! Breakfast outside every day and sat by fire each night. The only surprise was the outdoor area was right on the street with a low wall thus no privacy and lots of comments and greetings from passers by. Would not it deter me from staying again. Otherwise perfect!!

Fantastic Condo!
This three bedroom condo was perfect for three couples to spend a week in Santa Fe. The owner was great and communication was excellent. The kitchen was stocked very well for our purposes. The parking garage is a huge bonus. And it was a five minute walk into downtown - we walked to shop and eat everyday and night. We all agreed we would stay here again and again.

Wonderful Experience
We stayed for a long weekend and had the best time! The condo was wonderful! Check-in was simple. The condo was clean, well taken care of, beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. We were within walking distance of basically everything we wanted to do. The property manager went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again when we are back in Santa Fe.

Perfect stay!
We rented 2 of Kerry's condos (side by side) and both were immaculate and well appointed. From the case of water to a snack basket, and a blender (for our morning smoothies) we only needed to add our handful of breakfast items. The location was within walking distance to many of the restaurants and galleries we visited. Kerry was always quickly responsive to our inquiries. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful condo!
Five of us stayed in this property for a girls trip weekend and we loved everything about it! First, the condo is conveniently located within walking distance to the plaza and surrounding restaurants/shopping, etc. Second, the home is just beautiful. It’s spacious, comfortable and well decorated. No detail is overlooked…from a well stocked kitchen to high qualify towels and linens. Kerry, the host was friendly, communicative and even left us some wine and snacks. What a lovely touch! We really enjoyed this place and will reach out again when we come back to Santa Fe. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for all the comforts of home when you travel!

I have been to Santa Fe many times and have stayed in many places. I am also an owner with several VRBO properties. This place is AMAZING!!!! So comfortable- easy to find-easy to go anywhere from here- with underground parking. The owner has thought of everything- and leaves little things for you to make your stay better!!! You won’t find a better place. It’s beautifully decorated and has tons of space. The kindness of the owner shows the moment you step through the door. Thank you for making our trip (girlfriends who were supporting their cancer friend go to Santa Fe) so wonderful, pleasant, and magical. There really aren’t enough words to describe how great this place is!

Perfect new year celebration with family
We loved this townhouse for our annual Santa Fe Family getaway. PERFECT for our family of 5, with the grandmas staying down the way in the same complex. The parking was excellent, secure, and we loved gathering in the family room in the evenings to play games and watch football! We walked to the square and surrounding areas each day for shopping and wandering, and our grown children could also make it to the trails to hike and explore. It was CLEAN, spacious, and gave off really cozy Santa Fe Vibes. Thankful we have found this for future use! Highly reccomend.

What an amazing property! Everything was fantastic…clean, spacious, comfortable, and so close to the plaza. Check in and check out could not have been easier. To make our Christmas stay even more special, a Christmas tree was set up for us. Beautiful! We definitely recommend this condo!!!
