Usually satisfying stay. This time I just had a ground floor room which was significantly noisy. Also the tv remote was missing. Staff gave me another one which was able to control the channels but not the volume on the tv. So unable to enjoy that amenity due to the volume was obnoxiously loud so I left it off not to disturb my neighbors.

Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was very different with beans and chilies-Loved it! Loved the southwest decor!. Only BIG disappointment, check in time was 4pm, $35 charge for early check in! Most other hotels are 3 pm check in. After traveling long distances, it would be nice to check in at a reasonable time!

Great room, hotel and experience for the price ($81.00), would definitely stay there again. Loved the green chile at breakfast. Very convenient to I-25 without feeling ghetto. Just what I needed in order to avoid a treacherous drive in bad weather.
