The staff employees were helpful and the breakfast was great! The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed here two years ago, and everything is consistent so we will stay here again. It’s not in the middle of town, so the surround is limited by foot, but that’s to be expected. I recommend!

My room stunk. It smelt like a dirty locker room. I went to the front desk and they handed me a room spray. They didn't give me any other compensation and said I could not change rooms because they were sold out. The customer service was terrible. The bathroom door was a pocket door that did not provide much privacy.

Overall a pretty good stay. Clean rooms, affordable and a lovely little pool area. Decent enough breakfast, although with limited options. However, 4pm check-in combined with 11am check out is absurd. We notified the hotel we’d be coming early, which was confirmed by the text system they contacted us with, and while we were accommodated by the check in person (after a little back and forth) she clearly wasn’t happy about having to put us in a room at 2:30 in the afternoon, which is more than reasonable in my opinion.

The facility was in disparate need of renovation. Popcorn ceiling, old carpeting, door lock that wasn't functioning properly, the air conditioner was cold but noisy. The seating in the pool area was full of cigarette butts and trash as were the over flowing trash containers. I would not stay there again.

Overall a very nice hotel. Very clean, comfy bed. Pillows are too soft. So you may want to bring your own or at least one hard pillow. Room has decent amenities. Refrigerator, microwave, iron, hairdryer. DIRECTV. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Building needs updating. The rooms are dark and outdated. They need to be remodeled and brightened up. Not what I was expecting as a Best Western.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The fact that there were no outlets, charging options on both sides of the bed is out of step with standard rooms in 2025. We appreciated BF, but only having "white bread"

Rooms were older but very clean. Nonsmoking room but still had a smoke odor. A/C took awhile to cool room but overall nice place to stop. Would stay again. Did not eat any breakfast.
