Beautiful, light-filled 450sqft private space near Santa Fe's historic Museum Hill, with completely private entrance, bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and kitchen and a large shared exterior courtyard and patio. Modern touches complement Santa Fe style interior and exterior architectural features.

The space is attached to a private home, is peaceful and comfortable, and nestled in a neighborhood with mountain views and nearby trails for walking and hiking. Here you'll be able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet Canyon Road, the Santa Fe Plaza and the Railyard Arts District are a short 10-minute drive away.

You'll enjoy free wifi and a 30" TV in the sitting room with complementary access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max and Disney Plus.

The home is equipped with a whole-house water filtration system, so please enjoy the delicious drinking water from the tap!

The small private kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, glassware, utensils and a tea kettle for cooking and dining. Appliances include a stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster and drip-coffee maker. Complementary coffees and teas are also available.

The space is cooled and heated as part of a whole-home central air/heating system. If you'd like more heat or air you'll find portable air-conditioning and heating units, as well as a fan, in your room. Great quiet location. Host went out of her way to make sure we had no problem when an areawide power outage happened.. that was way beyond expectations as she waited for our late evening return to help us when there no lights for a while. Very comfortable place.

This was a surprisingly quality suite. It is the perfect size for a couple and has a living area and a kitchen with everything one would need to prepare a meal, including a full-size refrigerator, which is a plus. It also has a private bath and a separate bedroom. It is located in a safe neighborhood. The facility has open spaces outside, including a place to have a meal. It is very private and quiet. The hostess is extremely accommodating and cordial. I highly recommend this property.

Suggestions: room not set up for travelers - no provision to open or access luggage, room seemed smaller - cramped - than presented on listing, furniture very uncomfortable - couch with no support, iron chairs with no cushions, limited temperature control.

A sweet Santa Fe get away!
Traditional adobe style home with private entrance with a well kept patio area. Our host was friendly and welcoming. Accommodations was clean, comfortable and well thought out with regards the your stay! We will definitely stay here again!!!
