Noisy room, great service to accommodate.
Room was ok but there was a noise in the heater ducts that was annoying and prevented sleep. I requested a new room and was given one to sleep in but able to leave the bulk of o I r stuff in the original room so we did t have to drag stuff around in the middle of the night.

This was an old property that is in dire need of renovation. There was a very irritating creaky clinking sound in the ceiling that was pipes maybe, it would not stop and I couldn't sleep. The door did not shut properly unless you slammed it shut. Blinds on the windows were broken. One of the sheets had a cigarette burn. It was awful and did not feel like any of the other Quality Inns we have stayed in. We stay at the brand because its affordable but always still pretty nice. This was not the case for this location.

Bed was very comfortable but no elevator for 2nd floor. It was a motel with smaller rooms but still okay for Santa Fe where everything is expensive.

The maid service was quite lacking, as they failed to empty the trash for three days,forcing me to dispose of it myself.Additionally , despite asking for toliet paper nicely,it was never provided.The door to my room was malfunctioning, and I had to ask three times for a new keycard, which left me in the cold waiting for ten minutes to get inside my room.The breakfast area was chaotic,with broken lights and a non-functioning waffle machine, and the staff were unhelpful and seemed annoyed by any requests.Overall, the maid service didnt even make an effort to check on our room.

The bed was comfortable and so were the sheets. The rooms could be cleaned. We found rogue hairs on the walls and in the shower. The breakfast was served cold. Sausage was not warm to the touch nor were the eggs. We served them to our dog so it wouldn’t get thrown away.
