Disappointing stay on a few levels. AC leaked in the room. Power cycled on and off at 530am. Check-in was tedious and took longer than it should. They are trying to be something they're not good at.

Staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. They made sure to check in on us and offered suggestions on where to visit. Restaurant had great food options. The rooftop bar had gorgeous views of the ocean and very good drink options. Hotel is very pretty; purposely decorated to feel like it’s part of the landscape. Rooms are kept very clean. Definitely staying here again.

Bocana paradiso
This is a wonderful adult only property with a friendly and helpful staff of local Oaxacan people who are very genuine the facilities are quiet and beautiful it is a small hotel which is what we like.

Loved staying away from the major tourist areas. Steps away from a beautiful and super interesting beach and river. Beautiful property, great food, great staff. The only downside was they did not serve breakfast on Sunday.

Casa bocana is amazing. Only a block from the beach, clean, and the rooms are beautiful. The food is amazing as is the service. I would definitely stay there again.
