The position is very strategic to enjoy the famous "Strada del Vino" that crosses hills with renowned vineyards from Cormons. From the town of Tissano you can reach by car many tourist destinations not to be missed in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region: Udine (15 km) with its famous castle; Palmanova at 8 km; Cividale del Friuli (55 km) with its cathedral and the impressive Ponte del Diavolo on the river Natisone; Aquileia (25 km), famous port of the Roman Empire with its interesting archaeological excavations and the renowned National Archaeological Museum.
