We loved the funky vibe of this hotel. The staff were professional and very helpful, asking whether we wanted to store our luggage with them before and after our stay. We'll look for 25Hours hotels in other cities that we visit.

Is a really fun place to stay at as the theme is based on Dante. We stayed in a room which part of ‘Hell’, and it was quite fun. My wife and I laughed so hard we could barely stand up. We did a ‘family’ style dinner which was super fun, and the steak was excellent. And, it happens to be located a short distance from the train station.

Don't just get it for the 'gram--fabulous
I have never stayed at a hotel that had such a clear and thoughtfully-executed "concept" and my partner and I loved it. The details were so creative, considered and delightful--it greatly enhanced our experience in Florence. We selected an Inferno room with a balcony--the balcony was absolutely worth the slightly more expensive room. As American travelers, we struggle a bit with the heavy duvet/no top sheet bedding arrangement but this is not unique to this hotel. We made two requests during our stay (additional pillows and fixing the latch on the balcony door) both of which were handled appropriately. Wish we had a slightly longer stay so we could have made more use of the hotel's unique amenities (cinema paradiso, sauna and lounge, library/pool table, beautiful courtyard.)

Gorgeous hotel
This hotel is gorgeous!!!! The free breakfast is also phenomenal. We really enjoyed this location as well as it was easy to walk wherever we wanted to go. It’s also in a small square that was lively and great to hang out in. One opportunity is in cleanliness of the room. It felt damp and I left with quite a few bug bites…

It’s a nice hotel with spacious room. We opted for no room service but had them still walk on us unexpectedly. When we told the front desk manager she told us they couldn’t help us and dismissed us with no peace of mind. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving the room with our belongings behind so ruined our day in Florence.

Pluses-good location, nice room/decor, awesome bathroom & shower. Lots of charm. Negatives 2nd floor in an old building with an elevator from 1900, so you have to haul luggage upstairs. No lobby or public area. We were traveling with friends & wanted to relax together at the end of the day- no place to do so. Front desk is only staffed 8-6 (in reality, less than this posted time), so no staff available outside of that time. It was more like renting a room than staying at a hotel.

We just stayed at 25H hotel San Paolino 9/28-10/3. What great hotel! The hotel is very nice with a unique artist flare. I choose this hotel because we were driving to Florance from Rome and we needed a hotel that had parking and was close to everything. This checked all the boxes. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Especially “Sebastian “ who greeted us upon arrival. The rooms are unique an funky. It’s might not be everyone’s style but we loved it. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great and we had a very nice balcony. The restaurant was nice and convenient however, there were so many local restaurants within walking distance. Very close to the Duomo and About a 15mun walk to The Acedemia Museo. Close to all shopping. I highly recommend this hotel.

Have stayed at this property 2 years in a row. This time we were told at check in that the items in the refrigerator are free and would be restocked at our request. When we called down to have it restocked we were told by the manager only the first time is free. There is no price list provided in the room as other hotels. Worst, on the Expedia site for this hotel, it states the mini frig items are free. This needs to be clarified and the wording changed on their website. Other than this, the underground parking is amazing, rooms are spacious and the location is perfect.
