★ Do you want more rooms we have other apartments in the same complex this is private no shared spaces bring more family no problem. Ask us the availability of the other properties within the complex.
★ Please remember that you're staying in a house, treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
★ Cleaning is provided once a week if your stay is 6 days or more, lawn maintenance is twice a week & pool/common area maintenance is daily except for Sundays.
★ We're committed to sustainability and use green energy. We have solar panels, septic tanks, well water, cisterns that hold water for back up and our water system are supplied via gravity to save energy, and is a self-sustained paradise.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
