If u want peaceful quiet on water experience this is good for europe. Felt safe, property was clean. Great service. Breakfast great. A nice break from hectic rome and noisy city. An extra shout out to ms laura, at front desk. Super nice and excellent service.

The room above us has a water leak and plaster started falling from the ceiling in our room. The plaster got in my hair and into my open luggage. I had to empty my entire bag to shake it out and try to get it off my clothes. The hotel staff did not offer to clean my clothes or even offer a discount on dinner or the room. The hotel was clean and the view from the room was amazing but just wished when I noticed them of the problem that they even came into the room to sweep up the mess.

Martina and Laura were helpful and attentive. The property had an elevator and the hotel was nice. It could use some updates like a phobe charger station in the room and and air conditioner. Otherwise it was great. Great location but remote for the month of October when we arrived.
