Only issue I had was at check-in. I was charged again for the room when I had already paid through Expedia. I specifically told the clerk I had already paid, she charged me anyways. Almost immediately while still at the counter, I got a notification from my banking app saying I was billed again, which I showed her and asked if I had been double charged. She said not to worry about it, but indeed I had to worry about it as I was double charged. I really wish these clerks would be more careful, as this is the second time booking through Expedia this happens.

A wonderful resort with a beautiful courtyard with fire pits, ponds, fountains and waterfalls. The restaurant has a huge greenhouse where they grow their own fruits and vegetables, grapevines and olive groves. Very dog friendly with many pet areas and a fenced dog run. There's a Pool, sauna, fitness room, clean rooms and a world class restaurant along with an interesting wine museum., not to mention, a very friendly staff. I highly recommend it.
