Not far from Carabassí beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the entire Costa Blanca, lies this cosy terraced holiday home near Santa Pola. With beautiful dune landscapes and pine forests, it has a high ecological value and is a paradise for long walks. There is also a wide range of water sports and Mediterranean cuisine in the beach bars.
The house is located in the Monte y Mar urbanisation in Gran Alacant. From the spacious roof terrace, you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the Gulf of Alicante while you dine or have a snack on the comfortable garden furniture. In addition, from here you can also admire the natural landscape of Clot de Galvany, an example of vegetation and native fauna.
Don't miss the opportunity to hike along the various marked trails, visit observatories and even visit some bunkers from the Spanish Civil War.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Nice location and view
We were very happy with our accommodation overall. It would really suit people who eat out every evening. We found the kitchen inadequate for 6 people, no worktop at all, very cramped, but with adequate facilities packed in. Nice, comfortable home otherwise.
