The floor plan is designed to bring family and friends together, with the kitchen, living room and dining area all opening onto one another. The décor throughout is accented with personal artwork that imparts the magical appeal of South Walton beach life. ..

The kitchen offers white appliances and cabinets, and breakfast bar. The dining area, along with the breakfast bar, accommodates seating for eight. The living room has an armoire that opens up to a flat-screen TV, DVD player, I-pod stereo and board games. Part the custom drapes and you’ll discover an expansive balcony with breathtaking views that overlook the palms and rooftops of the Blue Mountain Beach community. A patio table and chaise lounge chairs offer a great place to just kick back with drinks after a day at the beach. Beach service included for 2024 season.

The split-bedroom floor plan of this 1,680 square foot home offers additional privacy. Two of the three bedroom suites have their own private bath, while the third bedroom’s bath is right next door.

The master bedroom has a cozy king bed and a private balcony with seating for two plus a flat screen tv. The private bath has an oversized Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and a walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has a king bed, a closet, private access to the main balcony, and an armoire with a 32" TV and DVD player. The private bath has a pedestal sink and a tub/shower combo.

The third bedroom is just across the hall and has a twin over full bunk. The bath is immediately down the hall, and has a single vanity and a tub/shower combo.

The laundry area has a stacked washer and dryer – perfect for keeping swimsuits and summer dresses fresh.

Perhaps the greatest amenity is the Blue Lupine complex itself. Step inside the 50-foot high tropical atrium under the palms and a luminous skylight overhead. The pool area is at the south end of the building, overlooking the vibrant emerald-green waters of the Gulf. The hot tub and pool are heated in the winter months. Looking to get a little exercise while on vacation? The “Marlin Room” is the place to go. Here you’ll find several treadmills and plenty of Nautilus equipment. The unit has parking for one vehicle in the parking garage, which is accessible by elevator. Additional parking is available if needed.

Want to explore Scenic Highway 30A? WaterColor and Seaside are just 5 miles to the east, while Alys and Rosemary Beaches are 11 and 12 miles, respectively. In the mood for some retail therapy? Take in an afternoon of shopping at the spectacular Pier Park, a mega outdoor shopping mall with more than a million square feet of specialty shops, restaurants and a movie theater in Panama City, just 21 miles east on Highway 98.

Good stay overall
The property was as expected and was conveniently located to shooed & restaurants. The mattresses in ALL bedrooms were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Finding beach front space proved to be difficult as well, as the property is surrounded on both sides by private beaches (residents WILL complain to security if you unknowingly set up in a restricted area). You have to get up super early to set up personal beach umbrellas in order to beat the guys who are setting up rental beach chairs/umbrellas if you want a spot close to the water.

This rental was great. Pictures were accurate, the place was clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Plenty of parking, too, if you’re having people come from multiple places. Best part was how close it was to the beach. Only about a 3 minute walk from the elevators, which makes everything much easier.

Condo was spacious and kitchen was well stocked. No where in the description was mentioned that shade tents are not allowed on the beach. Only beach umbrellas. Carried all the way there and couldn’t use it for babies. Showers need new and decent shower heads. Shower curtains need to be changed out they’re moldy. Our last night the air conditioner kept shutting off because the filter needed to be replaced. Overall was a nice place to stay but not enough shade on the beach and shower heads you would find in a recreation camp ground and moldy shower curtains took a lot away.

Great location
The location was very private with easy access to the beach. There was a beautiful view of the beach area from the pool deck area. The unit was well stocked. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable but the bed in the second bedroom squeaked. I would definitely recommend this unit and stay there again.

Nice property, but vacation spoiled by renovation work being carried out on and around the balcony, unbearable noise and unable to use balcony. Management company let us move and provided something of a refund, nowhere near enough to cover what we had to pay to rent another property at very short notice. All in all a very disappointing and costly experience. All of which could have been avoided had we been notified ahead of time about the work being carried out in the property.

Great space for family and friends
Blue Mountain Beach exceeded our expectations. The layout was excellent for us. Main room is large and spacious with plenty of seating for meals and for hanging out. Sofas looked new and kitchen was stocked with cooking items. Washer/dryer Worked well. Bedrooms are on either side of the main living area so my husband and I couldn’t hear my teenage daughter and her friends when they stayed up all night! There are three balconies and lots of room for spreading out. Even a table that seats six on the main balcony. The condo is right next to the large clean fitness center and beach access is easy. Pool was smaller but clean. Hot tub was great and a beautiful view of the beach. Only drawback would be the beach itself is limited on space, but that is how it is on 30A. It was a beautiful place and we will be going back!

Loved the accessibility of the beach. The complex was clean and nice. The rental was very spacious and had everything we needed. The layout was great. Communication was not timely. There is only one convenient parking space; was a bit of a walk to second vehicle.

Loved the location and access to the beach. However we encountered several situations that required us to do cleaning/laundry. Sheets on some beds not washed, floors needed washing and some dishes not clean. Also, batteries were missing in some remotes! Great location but check bedding first. Linens also very poor quality.

Manager of property was very hard to make contact with. When contact was made by phone (I left 3 messages) he was VERY rude. I also sent emails through the app to make contact with the property manager, but no response. Questions were never answered that I emailed. The parking garage is absolutely too small for family sized vehicles. The condo was overall nice. Kitchen was well equipped. The master bathroom shower has mold on the ceiling. A better shower head that can be removed to help spray out the shower of sand or seaweed stuck in swimsuits. The 3rdvfloor elevator did not have a hand sanitizer dispenser on the wall like all the other floors. In order to help reduce COVID--19 spread, hand sanitizer dispensers need to be placed at the key pads at pool gate and beach gate. Lights are also needed to shine on the keypad at night to see the keys.

All good, except.
We had no updated code keys for parking, building entry, pool or entrance from beach. When we arrived we could not get into the parking lot or building with luggage or groceries. A neighbor gave us the pass codes. Then we got in. WE would come back.

GREAT FAMILY VACATION
Wonderful location! Loved the private beach that is maintained very well. Condo is Perfect size for our family. It was extremely clean, with nice appliances and had all supplies we needed except coffee filters lol. Comfortable beds. Very affordable for time of year. We didn’t have beach front but we were located opposite end away from traffic next to the gym which was bonus. Plumbing has a lot to be desired. Outside ceiling fan was broken so couldn’t use. Pool little small. Very minor things that would NOT stop me from coming back.
