Seahorse Landing is a lovely 5 bedroom, 3 bath home in Seagrove Beach. Located one row from beachfront with wraparound balcony providing gulf views. Seahorse Landing is 10 steps to the neighborhood beach walkover. The location is simply perfect! Seashore Village is on a private, gated street with only 9 homes. The gorgeous beach is never crowded, and couldn't be easier to access. Seahorse Landing showcases sweeping gulf views. Large wrap around 2nd floor balcony overlooks beach and private (not heated) plunge pool. 3rd floor crow's nest is perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. Chef's kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and 2 full size refrigerators.

FIRST FLOOR- The first floor features a living area, kitchen, and bedroom with a king bed with fresh linens and built-in bunk beds. A full bath with tub & shower combination is adjacent to the bedroom.

SECOND FLOOR- The second floor has a large main suite bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom. Spacious bath with double granite vanity and custom shower. Bath amenities and hair dryer provided. Three additional bedrooms on this floor include: a bedroom with built in bunks, bedroom with a king bed, and a bedroom with a full bed. Every bedroom has TV with Roku. These three bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway with a custom shower and vanity with granite countertop. Bath amenities and hair dryer provided.

THIRD FLOOR-Crow's nest has panoramic gulf views from sunrise to sunset. A bistro table and 2 chairs for enjoying beverages and gorgeous views.

PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS- We provide 10 portable reclining beach chairs and 2 Beach Bub umbrella systems for do-it-yourself use. Daily chair and umbrella set up may be rented from Beach Chairs 4 U, along with kayaks and paddle boards. Our HOA discourages tents, and if used, MUST be placed on the back 1/3 of the beach so as not to block views Beach bonfires are provided by Beach Chairs 4 U as these require a permit from Walton County.

Charcoal grill. Parking for 4 vehicles. All linens, including duvet covers, are completely laundered for every guest. Guest amenities include starter bath amenities, starter paper products and coffee. You won't find a better house in a better location for your vacation in Seagrove Beach. Located 2 miles east of Seaside, our home is convenient to Cafe 30A and Eastern Lake. Walk across 30A and dine at Perfect Pig for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The Big Chill is a great hangout and just a couple of miles to the east. Ride your bike along 30A and enjoy Rosemary Beach and its lovely shops and restaurants. Gallion's is newer on the restaurant scene and has wonderful food and service in a charming atmosphere. Grayton Beach is fun and funky and the Red Bar is back in action. Alys Beach is serene and beautiful with their award-winning architecture. Seahorse Landing is the perfect spot in the middle of everything but the crowds. Relax and make your family memories.

Beautiful Stay
The Property Manager was WONDERFUL! They were very prompt on responding and were helpful with any / all things. The home was very nice and the beach access was great. Location is awesome.
