Blue Haven- Beachside condo - 4 minute walk to sand!

Come enjoy this remodeled beachside condo (4-minute walk to sugar-white sand) - located in Beachside Villas near Eastern Lake on 30A - a family friendly complex on the beach side of 30A. One of the 2 pools located in the complex is directly next to the condo. There are 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffle board, a party deck, and lots of green spaces and areas for biking around the complex and along 30A.

When you are ready to hit the beach, Beachside Villas is on the beachside of 30A and public beach access is within easy walking distance, about a 4-minute walk to the end of San Roy Road, where you can enjoy a 2+ acre stretch of beach with plenty of room and enjoy both the Gulf and Eastern Lake. As an added convenience, Beachside Villas provides a golf cart shuttle to and from this beach access point from April 1 through August. Only a short bike ride to "the Big Chill," and conveniently located between Rosemary Beach and Seaside, this is the perfect location to enjoy all the beauty of 30A! The condo includes parking for two vehicles in sought-after beach-side parking!

This unit has been completely remodeled and updated and the condo complex has been renovated with new siding and windows/ doors). The Master bedroom features a King bed, television and private bathroom with remodeled shower. The second bathroom has a Queen bed and television. The third bedroom has a television and full & twin beds. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. This unit also has a stackable/ full-sized washer and dryer.

Enjoy cooking a seafood feast or a quick snack in the freshly decorated kitchen with all new stainless appliances. Great family dining at the table that seats 6 and a bar area that seats 3. I booked this listing last minute for a “senior skip day” for myself, daughter, and two of her friends. It was a great location. Even though the weather was not cooperating, the girls and I had a great time. Unit was clean and the bedroom space gave everyone enough space.

Great location! Short walk or beach tram ride to public beach. The tram drivers were very friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and well stocked. There were several beach chairs and boogie boards which was amazing as it seems like we buy one every time we come to the beach and forget to bring it on the next trip. Owner was a pleasure to work with, texting promptly about the condo being ready for check-in and answering a last minute question. Overall great space!!!

We love Blue Haven!!
We booked a last minute quick getaway for a first time stay at 30A. Teresa was so easy to communicate with. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. It was even stocked with chairs, wagon, & boogie boards. The main property was well kept and very pet friendly. While the beach was a short walk, it was not bad at all. There is a shuttle for the property to get to the beach but we didn’t mind to walk. We had such a great trip!!

High School Senior Spring Break
We had a great stay. The condo was perfect. It was exactly as described. The girls were able to spread out and have their own space. The balcony was perfect for reading and meals. It was right by the pool if you have littles. She has it stocked with chairs, wagon, and umbrella. It was in the 3rd floor but only two flights of stairs. The views are better up there. We will definitely go again.

While it was a short stay, this condo was all we needed for a quick girls trip. Clean condo, darling decor and perfect beach access. Location was great! Check in/out process super easy. Would definitely rent again.

A Lovely Vacay over the Holidays
Love! Great place! I would recommend/stay here again. Super clean and comfortable especially for a long stay. Plenty of space, bedding, and linens for a family/group. Outdoor area of the complex and pool are well maintained with plenty of clean grass space for the pup. This is on the 3rd floor, stairs are very manageable, clear, not steep with study handrails on both side and open landings. Pool is heated. Beach is a short walk, few mins.

Had Everything We Needed and More!
The condo had absolutely anything you could ask for a stay at the beach. Chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach wagon and even really nice beach towels. Kitchen is extremely well stocked. Keurig and coffee pot maker. Comfortable beds, great A/C. Smart TVs every bedroom and living room. Large deck. View is just ok but you can see the pool and pickleball/tennis courts which is nice. Updated and feels like new. Great showers and washer/dryer in separate laundry room. Hooks to hang things conveniently throughout. Great communication from host. Short walk (less than 5 min) from condo to semi private beach. 2 more min walk from there to public beach. Shuttle tp pu lic beach as well. Great place w more quiet resort feel put of the crowed Seaside/Watercolor area but a 10 min drive there for the restaurants and shopping.

Great beach weekend!
Clean condo with close proximity to beach - need to be ok with stairs and a walk to the beach as closest beach access is private for the condos that are next to these and directly on the beach. Shuttle was helpful! Pool is smaller than it looks in photos but met our needs. Beach chairs, towels and wagon provided were very helpful. Kitchen has all necessary supplies but make sure to bring your own coffee, condiments, etc. Bike rental was super easy - pay on phone and get from bike rack right in parking lot!

From communication with Teresa to check in, this property was so convenient and easy. Great area of town, close to yummy restaurant and coffee. The beach is a short distance away, the complimentary golf cart rides to the beach access point was a HUGE plus! Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was fabulous. Had everything we needed. We could only fit 2 beach chairs in our vehicle on the way from Wisconsin and were prepared to purchase 4 more. When we arrived, we were pleased to find 6 beach chairs plus 3 bogie boards on the balcony! Beach was only a 3 minute walk.

Great place and great location- but pricier than advertised
The place was nicely appointed, beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need except a colander. All the appliances are in great shape and there are thoughtful extras like beach chairs. The complex is in good shape, nice pool and a golf cart escort to the farther beach entrance if you want to go right by the dune lake. The overall location is one of our favorites in 30a, short walk to the beach and medium walk to the dune lake, quiet section on 30a but still a short bike ride or car ride to food and entertainment. I definitely recommend this place- but know that the nightly cost will work out to be much higher than what's advertised. We were billed several "owner fees" + "service fees" that totaled $1,148 (and then taxes on top of that, which are to be expected expected) for a 2 week stay that made the price much higher than the nightly advertised-- which is why I gave the property a low star rating on accuracy. Otherwise it was a great spot.

My only issue was check in and it’s very minor. We were able to get into our condo early which was perfect. We were told the security code, but didn’t realize the # was a part of it until after several tries. We were not told our unit number so we were lost - that should have been in the initial text. It’s so minor but it was important enough info that needs to be told.

The apartment was very nice. The owner's closet is right next to the master bedroom so there was no big closet for that room, hardly any place to hang anything. This was inconvenient, but not a problem because there were only the two of us.
