Everyone will fall in love with this breathtakingly renovated Gulf Front 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condominium.

This 2025 renovation was a complete overhaul, encompassing everything from the electrical outlets to brand-new appliances and a completely redesigned kitchen. This second-floor unit offers AMAZING panoramic views of the Gulf and private beach access.

BeachCrest 204 is perfectly located directly on the sugary white sand beaches of the Gulf in Seagrove Beach, FL which is between the charming town of Seaside and Rosemary Beach on 30A and is a short drive to Destin or Panama City Beach.

The sugary white sand beaches of the Gulf are accessible through the private boardwalk. Be on the beach within minutes of leaving your condo!

You don’t even need to carry beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach. Our beach service will conveniently set up two spacious lounge chairs and an umbrella for you right on the sand! (This service is available from March to October 31st.) The beach is conveniently located just outside your door, eliminating the need to cross streets or undertake long walks.

A beach service is also available to rent kayaks and paddle boards next to the beach access and bike rentals are available across the street.

Relax on the beach which is literally steps away, or spend the afternoon lounging by the large Gulf Front heated pool (Nov – May). There is also a grilling and picnic area. Other amenities include free wireless internet access, gated beach access, elevators, luggage carts, and off street parking.

Exceptional restaurants and shoppes are within walking distance including Cafe 30A, The Perfect Pig, Old Florida Fish House, and Surfing Deer, offering a variety of dining experiences just minutes away.

The Gulf Front master king bedroom has a private balcony and an en-suite private bath with a marble walk in shower and a two-sink vanity.

The guest bedroom also has a king bed and is located next to the second full bathroom.

The Gulf Front living/dining room opens up to the kitchen and has a queen-size sleeper sofa. This condo has beautiful tile flooring throughout, a new washer and dryer and sleeps 6.

If you enjoy bike riding, running and/or walking this condo is located on the famed 30A which has a 19-mile asphalt running and biking path! Park your car and never have to use it during your entire stay! Located very close "within biking distance" is Grayton Beach State Park, many coastal dune lakes, and 100's of miles of biking paths through the state parks surrounding the area.

Great Birthday Staycation
We stayed here for a friend's little birthday staycation. Great location and the front desk was very helpful when checking in and out. The condo itself was very clean and cute and a wonderful view. Will definitely be back!

The condo was in a great location as it was easy access to the beach. However, the condo was dirty from the floors which had not been mopped which resulted in our black feet every time we walked on it. The 2nd bathroom had hair stuck on the bottom of the door which caused difficulty opening/closing the door. There was not enough spoons for 4 people, the master bedroom light periodically came on/off throughout the day and night. Maintenance was called twice and they did not fix it. The 2nd bedroom light came on one night and did not go off until we got up and turned it off. This condo needs a deep clean as well as paying attention to detail such as lightbulbs being burned out and it needs to be stocked a bit better. There was one lightbulb out in the 2nd bedroom which they replaced, there was one out over the stove they replaced. The neighborhood is great, but I would never stay at this condo again.

Long weekend trip
The location is in a great spot and overall it was fine. One note about the bed in the master, there had been a complaint about the noise which the owner said was fixed when they replaced the mattress. Simply not true. It was the loudest bed I have ever slept in. It's not the mattress, it's the frame and every time you move, it is really loud. The bathrooms are very small, the kitchen had the very basics and the furniture really needs to be updated vs. the coverings they have on them. But if you are looking for a livable space on the beach - there is a great view, the chair service is great and we used the credit for bikes which was awesome.

We had a wonderful time visiting 30A. The condo was as portrayed on website. We stayed on second floor, we would have liked to be able to see beach from balcony but that didn’t stop us from having a great time. Very nice complex and wonderful management to work with.

Excellent location in Seagrove Beach!
This property is in an excellent location in Seagrove. It is truly just a short ride to Seaside. It is super close to a Publix grocery store and within walking distance to many places to eat. The condo looks very similar to the pictures on the listing. The balcony was even larger than we expected. We had an issue with the washing machine at the end of the week but it was addressed immediately by maintenance. The only negatives were the linens on the bed were not that soft and the kitchen needs a new toaster. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and would definitely stay at this location again!

Great location overlooking the gulf & the beautiful white sands. Condo’s kitchen was well stocked. They could use more plastic glasses to have around the pool. Guests should always take beach towels & be prepared to buy more toilet paper, paper towels & Kleenex. I would suggest the owner add some games, cards & books.

Nice location with easy check in process. Beds were very comfortable as was living area furniture. Condo was reasonably well furnished although kitchen was lacking. Knives limited and poor quality; pizza pans covered in rust. Floors dirty in corners and crevices. This building is older and showing its age a bit.

This place is directly on the beach, which is exactly what we wanted! Easy check in and staff on sight was very friendly. We LOVE Seagrove Beach and have been coming for years... this condo is in a very convenient location in the middle of all our favorite places to go. We road bikes to Seaside and to Greyton Beach. Woke up early every morning to drink coffee on the beach and watch the dolphins! Christopher was very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend staying here at Beachcrest #204.

Lovely Stay on 30A
I browsed through hundreds of properties before I found this one, and I am so glad I did. So many properties advertise that they are beachfront when they aren't. My family loved this beachfront location without the sensory overload of Destin or Panama City. We drove to both cities on different days, and I was ready to be back at Seagrove beach before too long. The unit was clean, and the beds were heavenly. We loved that there was complimentary umbrella and chair service. That was one less thing we had to bring. There are many great restaurants along 30a. My husband's favorite meal was the pork tacos at Cowgirl kitchen. My favorite meal was the shrimp and grits at the great southern (go at lunchtime to save $$). We had a delicious crab dinner at Bayou Bills crab house on Hwy98. The Hub was a great family friendly hangout. We split the nachos from the taco place, and it was plenty of food. Seagrove Village Market had delicious key lime pie. Can you tell we enjoyed eating on our vacation? The host was very prompt with responding to a few questions I had. We are going to miss waking up to the sounds of the ocean and the nightly admiration of the sunset.

Awesome family getaway
This is our fourth time staying at Beachcrest - and we were very pleased with our unit. Nicely decorated and well stocked. There were even a couple extra beach chairs and some beach toys in the closet for the kids! Having beach service was an awesome perk. Beds were very comfortable. Great weather on this visit for sitting on the patio and listening to the waves crash. The owner was very friendly and helpful, sending us a list of local hotspots (a couple were new to us!) and he was very accessible when we had a question. We would definitely look into booking this unit again in the future. To note: the unit could use a couple of throw blankets (for the nights you stay in watching movies on the couch 😉) - as well as a toaster/toaster oven.
