WE HAVE A PRIVATE BEACH FOR OUR GUESTS ONLY with beach chairs and umbrellas set up for you every morning in season.
BEACHCREST IS VERY FAMILY ORIENTED!!!
PROBABLY OUR BEST SELLING POINT IS OUR LOCATION!!!!! We are right in the middle of Watercolor, Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, Rosemary Beach, Destin and Panama City!!!!
Our condo has been described by many of our guests as having the feeling of their "home away from home". THE CONDO HAS BEEN TOTALLY REDONE WITH NEW KITCHEN, NEW FLOORING, NEW DOORS AND TRIM AND ALL FRESHLY PAINTED in November of 2024. Both bedrooms have new bedroom sets and a new master bath/shower and tub. Great place for families. HEATED POOL. THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME WITH SO MUCH TO DO; BUT ONCE YOU ARRIVE YOU WILL WANT TO go to beach and stay there. ONLY ONE MILE FROM SEASIDE'S grassy Amphitheater offering a 'Calendar of Events' including concerts, movies and theater performances, open market shopping. WONDERFUL UNIQUE SHOPS IN SEASIDE (go into Ruskin at Seaside).
Lots of eateries in SEASIDE including the airstream eateries right on 30A. Drive 15 minutes east to Panama City Beach or 20 minutes west to Destin. Across the street from OUR CONDO you have a lovely boutique, local jewelry design shop, a Salon, a bike rental shop. Seafood Market and a natural food restaurant. One mile to the ever popular 'Bud 'n Alleys', Cafe 30A (IN SEASIDE) (a noted Class A Cuisine) and offers great views! You can't miss the Florida Fish House(dueling piano night is the best). Blue Mabel, The Seagrove Market Cafe, The Shunk Gulley,
One of the best seafood markets is just a block away (Goatfeathers) and they will prepare your shrimp for you. There are 6 State Parks . There is a 'bike shop' across the street and there are endless bike paths all along 30A. Publix grocery store less than half mile away (will also prepare seafood for you). Lots of art includes all types of jewelry, painting, furniture, accessories for the home. TRULY SOME OF THE MOST UNIQUE ART MINDS ARE HERE.
Every Saturday is the Farmers Market in Seaside and on Sundays there is a Farmers Market in Rosemary Beach. (lots of special finds ie: creams from Africa, homemade candles and soaps, jewelry, jellies, spices, homemade breads and pastries...and SO MUCH MORE! FRESH FRUIT AND VEGETABLES FROM LOCAL FARMERS!!!
Antique shops everywhere with some wonderful 'finds'.
Double sliding glass doors open to the gulf from your family room and the master bedroom...The sounds of the waves are 'music to your ears'. Truly the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets (FROM YOUR BALCONY) you will ever experience.
Sometimes you can see a dolphin show....also right from your balcony.
The turquoise water and white sandy beach make sunbathing and sea shelling so much fun. You can fish from the beach or visit the many local lake 'fishing holes'. You won't find nicer golf courses than what you have here. A WONDERFUL grilling area just next to the heated pool with new gas grills and picnic tables. Wireless internet.
Beachcrest has a parking lot right in front of the building. There is a bike rack on the parking lot and plenty of carts for easy 'moving in' to the condo. Two elevators and an open entrance provide plenty of room for your arrival with luggage racks to help you get your things to the condo.
THIS IS TOTAL NON SMOKING PROPERTY...NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY!

great place on a beach
I stayed here with my sister and a friend. It was a perfect location -- close to shops and restaurants while feeling a little more quiet. The condo was clean and kitchen was stocked. We really appreciated the extra blankets! Also we got into town really early and the owner was flexible about helping us get into the condo a little earlier than check-in time.

Nice Place on the Beach
We love coming to 30A! Lots of great food and shopping. We stayed at BeachCrest and our condo had been remodeled and was very clean and pretty. My sister and I both commented how comfy the king sized bed was, and that never happens. These condos are small but this one felt very spacious.The bldg sits directly on the beach and offers a free setup of 2 chairs and an umbrella, which is a nice perk. We will be back!

Family Beach Getaway
We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was wonderful and the beach chairs and umbrella set out each morning were a huge plus. The area is so close to everything yet the beach was nice, clean, and not crowded at all! Love it and will definitely be back!!

Great place to stay. Would highly recommend. All information given in plenty time for check in, process was simple and easy. No hassles. Condo was clean, comfortable and felt like home. Cozy and Comfortable on the Emerald Coast
The condo exceeded our expectations with comfort, coziness, and cleanliness. We've stayed in many places along the Alabama and Florida Gulf Coast beaches, and this condo was one of the cleanest we have ever experienced. It is also nicely updated. If you haven't been to Seagrove Beach, Florida--book your trip now! It is a wonderful family-friendly area. We biked everywhere. We didn't experience traffic snarls, and we didn't have any wait times at a restaurant. Bike rentals are just across the street from the condo. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided, which is such a plus! We will book here again for sure.

Best 30A Stay!
We’ve visited 30A for years and this was our favorite rental we’ve ever had! The beach view from the balcony was gorgeous and having 2 chairs to use every day made going to the beach so easy. We walked and biked everywhere, including Seaside and Grayton Beach, and Publix. The bike and walking paths are wide and safe, and the bike rental shop was very close to the condo. There was plenty of room inside the condo for 2 empty nesters, but I wish we knew about this place when our kids lived at home. It would also be great for a family of 4. We loved everything about the place - location, view and amenities. We will definitely be back!

Simply Wonderful
This is our second visit to Seagrove beach, staying at Beachcrest condo 502. We absolutely love everything about staying here. The condo is beautifully updated. The views from the master bedroom and living room are magical. Gorgeous ocean views and sunsets. Communication with Pat the owner is excellent. She really cares that we have everything we need. Location location location
My family and I had a relaxing stay! Waking up with the most beautiful views from the balcony and getting down to the beach in minutes. The ease of chair set up and having that included in your reservation making planning your vacation easier.
