'Wrigley's Field'...Our Charming Seagrove Beach 3 BR/BA @1 Mile to Seaside

'Wrigley's Field' is our charming Seagrove beach house named after our beloved Chicago Cubs and our dog, Wrigley. Our beach house is conveniently located in the heart of Seagrove Beach. 3 bedrooms/3 full baths. The owner's suite and second upstairs bedroom are both suites which have their own full bathrooms for privacy. The owner's suite has a king size bed. The other second floor bedroom has a queen size bed. Approximately a 3-4 minute walk to the nearest beach access. The central location is perfect for all your recreational needs. Seaside is 1 mile away; Publix grocery store is about 1.5 miles away; and Angelina's Italian Restaurant, the very elegant Cafe 30a, and the only Tom Thumb convenience store between Dune Allen and east intersection with Highway 98 are all within the block. There is a private community swimming pool across the street and the beach, shops, bike paths, and state parks are all within walking distance.

This property features 3 large porches off the front and back of the house and the master suite porch even features a peek of the ocean. It has an outdoor shower, a deck, and a large backyard with a Weber grill. The driveway can accommodate parking for up to 4 vehicles.

The 30a area has some of the best restaurants with lots of live music options. Seaside has the famous Bud & Alley's restaurants (taco bar and pizza bars) and Great Southern which has a happy hour each day from 4-6 pm. The Redbar located in Grayton Beach serves the best crabcakes and has the best Sunday brunch. You never know what celebrity or musician you may run into while at the Redbar.

This cozy house is set up perfectly for family vacations. The first floor has a bedroom that sleeps six. The spacious kitchen, living room, and dining area are all on the first floor, as well as a full bathroom. A side door leads to a fenced backyard for your four legged family member. The second floor holds the owner's suite and a guest bedroom, each with private full bathrooms. The owner's suite bathroom has a separate bathtub and shower with a separate water closet. Both of the second floor bedroom suites have full porches with multiple adirondack chairs.

Seagrove Beach is conveniently located between Panama City Beach and Sandestin on scenic Highway 30-A. The area is ideal for vacations, weddings, or other special occasions. You can relax on the beach, visit world famous Seaside, shop at the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, or play at any of our challenging golf courses. The location is ideal for all your recreational needs. 4th of July week trip
Wrigley's Feild was the perfect cottage for our stay. It was close to the beach and to restuarants. The cottage is very well structured with the bunk beds down stairs and two quiet bedrooms upstairs. The property is well cared for and very comfortable. The host was VERY responsive and attentive. We created lasting memories here and would stay here again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Wonderful property and location!
This is a great place, nestled close to Seaside. Even though it is right off 30A, the neighborhood is super quiet and still only a short walk to the beach. The photos don’t show this, but there is a wonderful fenced in back and side yard, which is especially great if you have pets. The kitchen has newly updated KitchenAid appliances, which were all great. FYI, the coffee maker takes Keurig pods or regular ground coffee. The place is also within walking distance to several restaurants, stores, and the Tom Thumb convenient store. Enjoyed it and would stay again!

The home was nice enough, and as advertised... but it was dirty. Dirty floors, dirty walls, dirty dishes in the cupboards. The owner needs to hire a new management company, and/or cleaning staff going forward. The place was just dirty. We've stayed in this exact area several times and this was the worst experience, but only because of the cleanliness.

Rigley’s field is a great place. The location was perfect and the house is clean. We had a small glitch at check in with the refrigerator but the repair man was there and it was fixed right away. Great place to stay for families or friends.

Jim and Shayla, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We had the best beach vacation ever! We had three adults, three children, and our small Yorkie with us, and there was plenty of space for all of us. I love the fact that the house has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms with shower, making it very convenient for everyone. The house was fully stocked with washer & dryer and plenty of linens, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher soap, and even a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen. Walking distance to the beach, maybe about 3 blocks, and a nice community pool just around the block. I loved the neighborhood, calm and quiet. This house is conveniently located very close to everything. I highly recommend it to anyone coming to Santa Rosa Beach. Would definitely rent it again next time we come to Seaside! Thanks again for making our stay a wonderful experience.

Great for family stay
The house was great for our family of 7 and 2 dogs. The backyard was larger than we envisioned from the photos. It was great for the dogs! The back fence needs a little repair of pickets but we managed to lean them back into place. The space was great for our group of college daughters and their friends. The house is located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. We went into both towns a couple of times. If an info sheet could be provided to give instructions on using the remote fans, dishwasher, thermostat, etc that would be helfpul. The landlord was very responsible when we contacted that the disposal was not working and they sent someone to repair it. Would definitely come back to this property.

We had a great time in this property! Fully stocked with everything you need for the house like toilet paper, laundry detergent, plenty of linens, etc. The house was very spacious, clean and only a short walk to the nearest public beach access. We brought our dogs and they did get out of the fence a few times because it is not sturdy at all, so that definitely needs to be fixed or replaced. Also, the wifi did not work for the majority of our trip, but it wasn’t that big of a deal for us. Would recommend adding patio furniture to the master balcony and some more seating by the grill. Overall, the house was good for our stay and we would stay again as long as the fence was repaired or replaced!

We loved staying here. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 plus our dog. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish/dishwasher detergent. The walk to the beach was easy-about 3 blocks. The owners were quick to respond and address any questions or issues we had. The area was a lot slower-paced and less busy than other 30A communities, which we appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving vacay
Our family vacation was wonderful! The downstairs was nice and open with PLENTY of seating allowing for great morning get togethers (we had other family staying in nearby rentals that would come over for coffee/lunch). Being dog friendly was AMAZING! the backyard was great for our doggos to roam. The balconies too!! Also this house was stocked with things we always forget on vacay; coffee filters, dryer sheets, dishwasher detergent, extra spices, etc. Oh and very close to the beach, we walked everyday with our chairs and bags, easy peasy! Super satisfied with our stay!
