Overall I like the property and staff. Staff is very helpful, respectful, and kind. The only thing is our room is supposed to come with robes but no robes until I asked for some toiletries. I think there should also be a hair dryer but there wasn't. The soap scum, the black stuff were not properly caulked as you can see the black stuff and it looks dirty. The telephones are dusty, need to be cleaned and sanitized. These little details would have given the hotel a bigger impression

I stayed in this property with my kids and we all loved it. Walking distance from shopping and dining which is the exact reason why i booked this hotel. We had a nice view from our room and my 2yr old liked it a lot. We will stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and nice and especially good service from Neil the on-site manager. Nice refrigerator in the room on site restaurant food and room service. Great walking distance and/or shuttle to a multitude of food. Restaurants to malls within 10 minutes. Walking distance there are really no taxis in the area so getting around is a little difficult, but The hotel staff can arrange rides through a private person and that work out really well. A very pleasant surroundings with park like setting enormous swimming pools, a big lake and a great place to walk in the evening. It gets pretty crowded on the weekend because I think a lot of people from Manila*** come down to go to Tagaytay to see the volcano in the lake named Taal.

Could be better
Check in and check out was a breeze. Staff was always professional and friendly. Room was clean but carpet had an awful stench. Would've been better if the shampoo, conditioner and lotion were in dispensers instead of individual packaging. Breakfast spread could be improved in terms of choices and taste. Overall still good but I feel not at par with other Seda properties.
