If it is advertised as hotel with postapocaliptic experience, it could be a thing :-) Otherwise, great idea, great on pictures but in reality neglected is nice word. Abandoned would be proper one. Though, somebody left us clean bed sheet to find the only non-abandoned part. Altogether, making it experience like one from movie The Road (2009). We feared so much we barely slept.
To be fair, if owner invest small amount of effort into maintaing the complex, it could be one of the best accommodation I have slept in. He may start with adding toilet board, flushing toilet before new guests arrive and fixing the holes in the floor and glass in the windows so that all insect from neighborhood is not invited to room once you turn your light on.
