Su privilegiada ubicación hace que puedas acceder a la multitud de Guanchinches que hay por la zona. La Villa ofrece 2 dormitorios cada uno con su vestidor y cuarto de baño, ambos con excelentes vistas a la parte norte de la Isla Tinerfeña. Previo a los dormitorios disponen de un armonioso salón que invita a relajarse y disfrutar de un buen libro acompañado de una copa de vino. En la panta baja se encuentra una esplendida Cocina equipada con todo tipo de electrodomesticos y accesorios, acompañada de un gran y comodo salón donde podrán pasar tardes de entretenimiento. En esa misma planta se encuetra un cuarto de baño completamente equipado. Desde la cocina podemos acceder a la amplia Terraza con barbacoa donde degustar buenas carnes del Pais, admirando las bellas vistas que ofrece la Villa rodeada de sus propios viñedos y arboles frutales.
