The house is lovingly and tastefully furnished and makes you immediately feel at home. It has two double bedrooms, a bright living room with wood stove, a dining room with open plan kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The dining room has an exit to the backyard with the BBQ and the dining area with sea views. In front of the house there is a pretty garden area with a small pool and big palm trees. You can relax in the deck chairs or the garden swing and also the comfortable lounge area on the veranda invites to chill out. Even on the roof terrace there are seats to enjoy the wonderful sea views. Or you can have fun playing table tennis, table and bats are available.
A 10 minutes walk through nature with its characteristic Mediterranean scent guides you to the two enchanting bays Caló des Moro and S’Almunia. You also get easily to the sandy beach of Cala Llombards. The small local supermarket is open from may to october, but in Santanyí you find all necessary amenities all year round.
The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid separately.
It is compulsory to pay a refundable deposit of 100 EUR.

Ein Haus mit Charme in toller Lage
bis auf die fehlende Spülmaschine, die bis zu unserem Aufenthalt noch in der Hausbeschreibung aufgeführt war und einem Problem mit der Gasflasche (wurde zeitnah vom Besitzer ausgetauscht) hatten wir eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem charmanten Haus. Die Aussicht von der hinteren Terrasse und der Dachterrasse war traumhaft. Der Pool ist zwar klein, aber ein paar Mal haben wir uns kurz darin erfrischt.
