Holiday Home 'Ca Sa Tia Lluisa' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Old village house, of which there is evidence since the mid-nineteenth century, completely renovated in 2019. It has a living area of 162m2, distributed in first floor and second floor, a garage of 29m2 and a solarium on the roof of 50m2 with sea and mountain views.

The house is located behind the church of the village of s'Alqueria Blanca, in a central but very quiet street. In the same street is the oldest wood-fired oven in the village, opened in 1936, and an ice cream parlor. Less than five minutes walk away we have the village supermarket, other ovens, restaurants and craft stores. There are cycle-tourist routes to the beaches of the Natural Park of Mondragó and Porto Petro. By car you can reach them in five minutes. There are also hiking routes to visit the Pou del Rei and the sanctuary of Consolació, historical places of interest of the town. The airport and the city of Palma are approximately one hour away by car.

The house is fully equipped. It has three double bedrooms, each with private bathroom (all with shower), living room, kitchen-dining room, pantry, garage and solarium. It has capacity for six adults, with the possibility of putting crib and highchair.

The name of the house is the name of the first known inhabitant of the house, family ancestor of the current owner, a person who was very dear to the family.
