Hotel no es cómodo ni para pasar una noche. Habitación ruidosa , al estár sobre una vía transitada, no me fue posible dormir en toda la noche por los vehículos. El estacionamiento es en la acera frente al hotel y sobre una calle lateral, es limitado, incómodo e inseguro. No hay ascensor en la propiedad, cerraduras de puertas de habitaciónes no adecuadas para un hotel. Algo positivo incluyen desayuno, y no estuvo mal. El personal te brinda un buen servicio, sin embargo la propiedad no es la adecuada para un hotel.

Room es pequeño y coqueto. Es limpio pero lo único que no me gustó es el ruido que ahí en la calle ya que es una área muy busy y pasan mucho tránsito. Pero el resto es un hotel bonito y barato para el que quiera ir a visitar Santiago y no gastar mucho dinero

Miguel (the staff that received us upon checking) was excellent, and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is in a very busy street but my room was towards the back and was quiet.
