The reception was very welcoming and checked us in as soon as the room available. The breakfast had a lot of options and was fresh every morning - diverse fruit, savoury and sweet options. It’s walking distance within the entrance of San Cristobal and close to the subway for all other attractions. The rooms looked newly renovated and just like the photos!

Pleasantly surprised!
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. To be honest, I didn't know what to expect and was worried but when I got there and saw the hotel, their restaurant and the rooms, I was nicely surprised. So much so, that on my way back, I chose this hotel again. The rooms were small but designed in a way were there was no space wasted. It was modern, clean and comfortable. I chose this hotel because of its location. My friend told me I should stay in Providencia neighborhood because it was safe. Sure enough, it was very safe to walk around at night and it had plenty of restaurants nearby (walking distance). I also included breakfast during my stay and was not disappointed. They offered a variety of food and it was all good. The staff was very friendly and helped me choose a day trip nearby towns which was great and well priced. They also let me borrow a plug converter even though it was not really needed because the rooms have USB ready, and phone charger lamps. The price through Hotels.com was very reasonable for the quality of the hotel.

Pasamos 9 noches en el hotel y fue una estadía muy buena. Javier y Renata en la recepción nos trataron super bien y fueron muy atentos. Javier nos recibió y hasta hoy que salimos, fue nuestro consultor y facilitador en la estadía. Renata nos ayudó incluso a conectarnos en una computadora para cancelar celular que nos fue robado en el centro de la ciudad. El desayuno es muy variado, muchas cosas distintas en el buffet, aunque todos los dias fueron exactamente las mismas opciones en el buffet. Creo que podrían alternar opciones , por ejemplo, no hacer huevos revueltos todos lo días sino otras opciones de huevos o en vez de tener salchichas todos lo días, que alternen con tocineta o chorizos. Nuestro cuarto estuvo súper cómodo. Con una mini cocina que nos resolvió muy bien en varias noches. La nevera es de buen tamaño. Definitivamente que lo recomendamos y Volveríamos a quedarnos alli.
