What truly stood out to me was the welcoming staff. They were extremely friendly and helped me plan my wine tours and transportation. Additionally, the hotel had amazing security measures, so I felt extra safe during my stay. Andā€¦I can't forget to mention Luna, the adorable outdoor cat, who added a special touch to the hotel's charm. I ended up extending my stay at Castillo Rojo, and I also booked additional days at the end of my trip after I finish exploring more of Chile. Itā€™ll be the perfect ending to my journey before heading back to šŸ‡ØšŸ‡¦. I highly recommend Castillo Rojo Hotel to anyone visiting Santiago. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a cultural experience, or simply a comfortable place to unwind, this hotel has it all. I can't wait to return on my next visit to Chile!

Staff was excellent. I was warmly greeted by Erica, the next day Veronica helped arranged a car for me to get to museums since Ubers weren't available due to the holiday, and Laus made one of the most excellent dinner suggestions. He really did a great job with dining information in the area. Breakfast folks were also great. This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent neighborhood, steps from Neruda's house. A little like benign a Wes Anderson movie. Complimentary wine in the evenings was appreciated.

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The service was friendly and excellent. The property itself was in a very secure area and the neighborhood was perfect for exploring the local restaurants and cuisine. I highly recommend this hotel.

El castillo rojo is a fun boutique hotel with a cool story and a great location. Small things such as a weak shower and having to have someone at reception let you exit the property, felt a little odd. The service was outstanding, everyone was super friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

This place is a recently renovated old mansion and it oozes with character. The service and staff are exceptional and the 5-6pm wine social is so welcoming. Comfortable beds and well appointed rooms. I've returned twice already on this trip and it won't be the last. It is now my goto in Santiago!

Very unique hotel! The staff is so kind and helpful. They boxed up breakfast for us because of our early flight out. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Not the standard hotel at all. Coffee and hot water in upstairs lobby all day. We used Ubers to go different places because had to cross questionable neighborhoods to go see the city.

Nice hotel in the Bellavista neighborhood
Lautaro at the front desk went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. He is a great employee! The hotel is near many bars and restaurants in the heart of the Bellavista neighborhood. I stayed for six night and was very satisfied.

The hotel itself was quaint and lovely with excellent staff who were more than helpful. They really made our stay a wonderful experience. The amenities were top-notch with a wonderful breakfast included as well as wine tastings and 24 hour coffee and tea available. The hotel is located in a great part of town for walking and dining. My husband and I highly recommend Castillo Rojo!
