Overall, the stay was very good. The beds were very, very comfortable and the rooms were quite big. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good also. there was an issue with the hot water which varied between lukewarm and scalding, depending on what time of day you took a shower. unfortunately, my room had a bit of a sewer smell due to a recent rainstorm and possible flooding, but my colleague did not have the same smell in her room. They tried to fix it but the smell persisted. Otherwise, great stay.

Use to be one of the best, something has changed. Menu is not the same. Staff is nice and it is located in great position But it was great, now it just good. Breakfasr was the same every day, when you stay longer is getting bored

My stay at the Radisson Blu Plaza El Bosque Santiago was overall quite pleasant, with several notable highlights alongside a few minor drawbacks. Accommodation and Comfort: The hotel room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable bed and adequate amenities for a relaxing stay. However, one notable inconvenience was the limited provision of toiletries. The soap provided was very small, and both the shampoo and liquid soap were in small quantities, which made it necessary to request additional supplies frequently. Service and Staff: The staff at the hotel were courteous and professional, providing prompt assistance whenever needed. They were knowledgeable about the local area and offered helpful recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Facilities and Amenities: The hotel boasts a range of facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a pleasant indoor pool area. I left our winter coats in the closet when we left to meet the ship at the dock which was 2 hrs away and didn't realize it until we reached the ship. I tried to call the hotel phone many times but never received an answer. Then I emailed the Radisson blue website but still have not received an answer. We were on the cruise for 16 days and will be back home in 2 more days. If you can help contact the Radisson Blu in Santiago, it would be a great help. Recomiendo mucho el Hotel pero ojo con el desayuno
Excelente opcion en Santiago lo recomiendo pero tomar en cuenta que tiene un costo adicional pedir huevos en el desayuno. Los de opción gratis deben mejorar mucho!, el desayuno incluido esta bien. Las instalaciones del Hotel muy bien La atencion del personal en especial en la barra o Bar y en restaurante es excelente. En recepcion les falta capacitar a la ejecutiva que lee la cuenta de lo consumido en vez de imprimir los consumos para uno validarlo en privado como se hace en todos los Hoteles
