A great place to take some days of vacation or Business trip. The room are small but clean. Have a Italian restaurant and near have shopping center and restaurants. I recommend and good price by nigth.

The evening staff were less than courteous at my arrival . The lady took forever to check me in and didn’t seem to be concerned about my time constraints. When my mother helped me bring my suitcases to the elevator she ran towards us to get her checked in. Never asked if she was a guest, she just assumed we were doing something sketchy. The next day was even worse at it was raining and my truck had to be parked at a different location. I waited 25 minutes under the rain for a security guard that never showed up. I called the hotel only to be left on hold for another 10. I finally went back to the hotel, soaked, to remind them that i needed my vehicle. After walking 2 blocks back and forth, I was finally able to leave the premises. Terrible service!

Fuimos en pareja 3 noches para hacer compras. Llegamos a la medianoche y hotel se veía activo, nos recibió el personal para hacer check in con una sonrisa, muy amable y de buen humor. Incluso tuvimos oportunidad de elegir qué habitación ocupar. Elegimos piso 5 con vista a la cordillera y fue muy agradable. La habitación sabíamos que era pequeña, eso no presentó inconveniente. El tv por cable estaba muy bien. El piso del baño era inevitable que se moje cada vez que nos bañabamos. No estamos acostumbrados a calefacción por aire por lo que esto nos generó a ambos dolor de garganta. Con respecto al desayuno de alguna manera era variado pero no me resultaba apetecible. Había 3 variedad de frutas de las cuales la naranja estaba incomible de lo ácida. El agua del dispensador nos generaba dolor de panza, dudo que haya sido realmente potable. Cuando suspendí su consumo me desapareció ese dolor y malestar, por lo que concluyo fue el agua de desayuno. La ubicación para acceder al Parque Arauco estaba muy conveniente. Íbamos caminando y a la vuelta con las compras ya optabamos por Cabify o Uber

I believe the property is overall a good stay. Room service was advertised on the website, but was confused as to how it worked without in room phones. Still satisfied with my experience.
