Really friendly and helpful hotel staff and best services. Room is very clean, not the best functional design but everything works well. Love it, also got offered complimentary pisco sour with nice ambience.

Great hotel in a safe and quiet area
Nice hotel in a lovely quiet and safe neighbourhood with friendly staff. Hotel is a tad outdated so would be good to update. Apartments are nice with good amenities. I stayed here twice on my visit to Chile as a solo female.

Todo excelente SALVO estas 4 cosas: 1. No hay muchos enchufes y los que hay están dificil a encontrar. 2. La ducha es un peligro - muy resbaldoso y angosto (yo soy muy flaca y entraba justito). 3. Por el precio, y comparado con otros hoteles, botellas de agua diairia tendría que ser algo incluido. 4. La calidad de las sabanas no está a la altura de el diseño y calidad de la propiedad.

I don't like the fact that they offer incomplete amenities such as Nespresso machine and electric stove. What's the point of having those if they don't offer the coffee pods or kitchenware?

The hotel is nice, but it is not related to the price I had a problem with the reservation and despite sending mail and calling by phone I did not answer. I do not recommend the Hotel because of the bad attention of the Sr. L.Villegas. If you can a good attention and help during your stay in Santiago choice other Hotel.
