I loved everything about this hotel. Aesthetically it’s a 10/10. I loved the art gallery on the first floor. The grounds are clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and everyone spoke English which was a plus. The neighborhood is walkable and super convenient. Highly recommend

Very lovely property with a big room size and very clean. The front desk staff is very nice and knows all sorts of languages. Like how they had a water filter at the front that was easy for feeling. In a safe and comfortable area of town that is walkable to some restaurants and convenience stores.

Very nice hotel in a great area of Santiago. A 5 minute walk to the Costanera Mall, bars, restaurants and the subway. Staff were helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed, good AC and water pressure. The breakfast was standard hotel buffet (not bad but not spectacular either). Would definitely stay there again.

Nice property, friendly staff, but odd decisions on cost savings. We were given a single nespesso pod for 2 people staying 3 days. Others were available for pirchase. An oddly cheap experience given the cost of the room and left a poor impression.

The staff was very friendly. However, the rooms were closer to an IBIS than a Hilton. No closet, no safe deposit box, no place for luggage, no room to maneuver. Will not be returning to the Ola when I return to Santiago.
