What an outstanding property! Wow, staff was great, room was fantastic! Location in next to the cathedral! Advise you drive to front door, drop off your luggage, then park your car outside the village. Great Breakfast, buy it as there is nowhere nearby for food before 1100. Dinners start at nearby restaurants at 8PM.

Strangely my greatest gripe about this hotel was getting my luggage from my car, parked temporarily in front of the hotel after driving down a sidewalk (no I was not driving the wrong way). The luggage cart didn’t roll on the small cobblestones, then I had to roll it down a narrow incline, the it barely fit into the elevator. The room was forgettable. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the lobby. Parking was a little weird - down the street, put in the secret code and then wait for the gate to open. But hotel had really great location. But getting luggage to our room was difficult and what I remembered most about this hotel.

Breakfast is only allowed for 30 mins and I was not informed about this until I got kicked out in the middle of my meal. Even though there were plenty of empty tables.

The property was okay the staff were over worked and thus didnt have time ...not very English friendly and missed having tea and coffee facilities in the room (4 star ?)..I think the hotel relues on the attraction of the architecture of the building
