First we got there a little earlier and i have to upgrades and paid more to have a room available, when we got ti room the bathroom and air conditioner wasn't working. We have to move to anothet room which also have bathroom problems. I decide to keep tbe room caues I didn'twant to move again. I dont think the hotel did anything to make us feel appreciated as guesses

The room service was no good at all lacked flavor and seemed stale. We ordered sancocho and got soup as it has absolutely no meat in it. The burger buns were stale the first night and the fries were cold, over priced considering in was the Dominican Republic and the food didn't even live up to the price tag. Also, our room was not cleaned the first night we got back to our room and because we got back very late didn't want to call for extra towels. I have stayed there over 3 times and never thought to order room service and I probably will not again the breakfast was okay. But I did enjoy the view and the room choice.
