The property landscape was very nice. We had an executive room, the floors were old, the A/C only worked in the morning and the food served was very cold and bland. The staff were very helpful, courteous and friendly. They spoke enough English to make you feel at peace and comfortable. The buffet was very limited in terms of what was being served and it was expensive cost US$22 per person and majority of the times the salads were old and the fruits were too ripened. The area is surrounded by ghettos and unfriendly people which I know they cannot control but there is limited parking on the property so you would have to park off street and that makes you more liable to damage a rental vehicle as we did because a biker ran into the side of the car.

Dripping water in the bathroom in front of the toilet, elevators broken me and my wife have to go by stairs to a 6 floor and receive ours stuff more than one our after because we ask for it, after that we ask if the elevator was fix the answer: you can use the stairs we don't know when it's going to be fixed, this in a nasty way. I have never been treated like this ever in my live, they didn't even clean my room no even one time. I have pictures

Do not stay on the 4th floor. Smells like cigarettes, carpets are dirty and saw roaches. Guest services were not around to assist until final day of stay. Nothing was escalated or noted in reservation and no one contacted me to resolve this issue. Guest services are not around until 1pm and then in meetings and unavailable to clients. Expedia attempted to contact hotel and initally no answer then was told we have to send email and the hotel will get back to them within 72 hours. Will not be staying here again.
