When I arrived at the hotel, the staff told me that they had no rooms available. I made my reservation 2 days before arriving at the hotel through this app. At least they had the decency to send me to another hotel to spend the night, but the hotel they sent me to was of a lower category than the one I booked.

A nice discovery
Very comfortable and reasonable hotel right in the center of Santo Domingo and close to everything. Lovely to sit out on the balcony and watch the world go by.
